Unclean. We watched as the food preparer cleaned the floors then transitioned to making food. Then he started patting the raw burger patties and then preparing the food (touching lettuce, tomato, etc). He never washed his hands. I SAW this. I dont know the last time he washed his hands if he couldnt be bothered to do it after cleaning (picking up floor mats, mopping) and touching raw meat.

I have been an Irish Coffee customer for over 20 years. Following a recent visit with my family, I will not return. Terrible service, dirty tables, and angry customers. We actually had to leave. There is simply no reason to visit Irish Coffee when there are so many better options in the Pointes like Little Tonys, Champs, Marges, Tellys, etc.
