My girlfriend and I arrived at approximately 9:30PM for a late supper. The hostess immediately tried to seat us at the bar, though there were no seats available. She then attempted to seat us at a small two top next to the bar. We rejected that. Eventually we were sat at a booth. Our waitress showed little interest in us. She did her best to ignore us for whatever reason. The Mediterranean salad paled in comparison to the same salad at the Birmingham location. We asked twice for the salad to be made edible to no avail. A senior waitress came over at one point to address our dissatisfaction with the salad and did absolutely nothing about it. We will not be back to the GP location.

My girlfriend had a mushroom burger and mac and cheese. I had the sweet potato fries and luxes burger . The burgers were perfect! The mac and cheese was good it was in my top 5. The burger was in my top 5. The staff were nice and the atmosphere was a hipster type and I Loved it. The cost of this place was $$$ to 3 1/2. I would visit again even though it is an hour away from me.

Ironically Caroline was our waitress and my name happen to be the same and she was outstanding! Best service ever!! I had the grilled cheese and it blew my mind away! Our waitress was so friendly and outgoing, we will definitely come every sunday for brunch just so we can have amazing food and service. Ask to have Caroline as your server you wont be let down!

We came in late but felt comfortable, snacked on their 5 bucks after 10pm snacks. Our server, Jenna, was sweet, patient and informative! Im not a fan of the idea of dining in any of the Grosse Pointes but Id go back to this bar late on a weeknight.

The first thing I noticed was the smell of stale smoke. Its been years since I walked into a place and was annoyed by the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Our burgers and onion soups were good.

Always good food but I come for the vibe. Almost always busy and lots of people coming and going. If it clears out, wait 15 min and it fills up again. Bartenders and waitstaff are great.
