Am NOT happy! Treated unfair for no reason. I ordered an alcoholic beverage and was carded obviously. (i just turned 21 in march) So i give them my i.d. and it is from nevada since i JUST moved back to michigan. The waitress looks at it and looks at me and had to check if she could accept it "because it is from out of state" ..... Okay? Then she comes back and asks if i have other forms of identification.. So i give her my school i.d. and health insurance card she takes it to the manager. She comes back asks me to sign to make sure the signature is the same.... Okay... So i sign the piece of paper and the manager comes and tells me " the signature isnt close enough". My signature on my i.d. was done on an electronic board and the one i gave them was on paper.... It was basically the same, except the letters on my i.d. are closer together.. After that the waitress was not as friendly. Also, my friend specifically told the waitress she needed her burger very well done because she is pregnant and CAN NOT eat any kind of un fully cooked food. She gets her burger and it was red and bleeding. Safe to say i wont be going back. I feel i was treated unfairly. I feel like had i looked a bit older it wouldnt be an issue. I have never had an issue ANYWHERE. That includes casinos and bars. ridiculous.

One of our appetizers was burned. The waitress didnt apologize for bringing us burned food. The so-called biscuits were hard and cooked for too long also. It took them too long to bring us our food and they didnt give me the side dish I asked for. The waitress did eventually bring my side dish. The waitress didnt give us enough attention. She would disappear when we needed something, but she did pop up with refills for the adults. The children had to wait for their refills for some reason. The food wasnt all that great. We wont be back to this location.

The food was good and the server was really friendly. But i found a pice of plastic in my mashed potatoes. The server promptly took my plate back to the kitchen and sent the manager who said "oh thats no big deal ill just have them remake that for you" And just walked away with out so much as an apology. Even the server was upset about how he didnt care and was more worried about the football game. Although the rest of the food and server were great, I will not be returning beacuse of the careless management.

The place had a foul stench... They made my tea wrong... Then made it right... Then wrong again...They melted and burnt my cheese right off my burger... The sweet potato fries were cold... They forgot my mayo... They forgot my honey mustard... The place was dead and service was so slow... I didnt even get dessert cause I couldnt wait to leave... And this was for my birthday... Absolutely disgusting... This place has literally gone to hell and smells like it.

What a bad experience! Visited this location on Friday September 16th and the restaurant was about 1/3 full but the hostess seated us right by the kitchen door and all through dinner we could hear the staff yelling in the kitchen. Took 35 minutes to get the entrees and the steak was so tough it had to be spit out. Heard they are closing 95 restaurants and this should be one of them.

So not only did they get our order wrong n no manger even came to say sorry we used a facebook coupon on company site they would not honor than a manger came by to say no discount. So a manger can come for that but not to find out we had a red bloody burger while we ask for med well. Than when they re cooked it they used same meat with stuff on it . dont go here

I gave it three stars ONLY because it a Rubys. We stopped to grab a gift card for some friends. They couldnt find any, then found some with Xmas on on the card, really, its July! Then they found some not so holiday related but had no card holder to declare the value. They didnt care, borderline rude, not getting my vote.

Before you order check prices. The waitress told us if you get the 2 baby sliders you get the salad bar with it. Well when we got the bill it was for 32.00 . 10.00 a piece for salad bar and 3.00 for the baby sliders a piece. I told the waitress we could of had steaks for that price. We wont come back.

One of the few restaurants in existence that has a clean salad bar. Great service, awesome food, and a great time. If youre on the line between going to Applebees, or to Ruby Tuesday, its a no brainer to take your date to Ruby Tuesday where its much more classy, yet comparable in price to Applebees.

We went to Ruby Tuesdays first and waited for a waitress that never came. While we waited we were looking at a super expensive limited menu. Not worth it. So we walked out. Now were at Twisted Rooster. So much more reasonable prices and awesome wait staff and atmosphere.

Will not be returning here. Atmosphere was very dull and somewhat depressing. Food is way over priced for the quality. Only thing I have to say thats good about this place is the salad bar. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Applebees.

Save your time and money, there plenty of places better than this. Went there New years eve and had a bad experience, snotty hostess cold food. Decided to try them again, bad mistake. Brought my burger out raw. Never again.

Every staff member we came in contact with professional courteous and friendly the food was phenomenal I asked for a mudslide which they didnt make they looked up the recipe and made the best mudslide Ive ever had.

We were just to meet my sisters at Ruby Tuesdays. Walk in and to my surprise my family was there to celebrate my 60th Birthday. The server was wonderful and food was good. Thank You For all.

The steak was terrible. Poor, low quality cut of meat. The waitress we had was very understanding, friendly and was the only reason my wife and Is experience was even remotely tolerable.

Love eating here. The prices are reasonable, quality is very good and equal to what you pay for. Entrées are of good portion. The staff is always extremely friendly.

Cant say I eat at Ruby Tuesday often, but they did everything right when I was there for lunch. Call first , as they recently filed for bankruptcy.
