I only ever order my burger plain. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and the lady even read it back to me as plain. When I get up there my receipt doesnt say plain and then it comes out as not plain. I nicely explain to the lady who then tells me I didnt order it plain and was very rude to me. I always order plain and so I knew she was wrong but she got nasty with me when I tried to explain that to her. Will not be returning here. Would recommend anywhere else but here.

Went there they got the order wrong... Took close to 15mins to get our food which was 2 burgers and there where no cars ahead of us but a line quickly built behind us. To top this terrible experience off they handed me my fries which where fresh out of the firer with no bag. It burned my hand. The entire staff there arnt worth a cent they are being paid. I wont be returning.

Worse a&w Ive ever been to. If this would have been my 1st experience I would never go back. The staff missed 1/2 our order, spilled my float on me, and my order was cold, for eat ing in. They never cleaned up the spill while we sat & ate. The worse part is there were 6 or more on staff & most of them were just standing there.

I ordered 2 cheese burger deluxes. 1hotdog with EVERYTHING, 2 chili n cheese dogs with onion, 1 large onion ring, 1 small fry...... Only thing they got right was the onion rings n fries. . HIGHLY disappointed and I mean HIGHLY

Love the Root beer off the Tap. The Root beer that you buy in the store does not taste the same. You have to buy a gallon & take it home & make the real "Root Beer Float".
