Thought I would try Krystals, as I heard their burgers were really good. I ordered 4 Krystal burgers with cheese and a Diet Coke at approximately 6:00pm. At approximately 9:00pm, I was praying to the puke gods to spare my life! I threw up so bad! When I took my first bite, it seemed very soggy...so soggy that I could have waxed my entire car with the buns! If u are looking for a good puke fest, then this is the place to go! Chic fil a is right across the street if u want to digest in peace! NEVER WILL EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! Only giving 1 star because I had to!!!! They deserve a big goose egg!!!!

after waiting 25 mins for our breakfast food food, no other orders in front of us but 6 others after, the mangers was rude about ne asking why, said he was only one cooking but there was 5 folks working. does not take 25 to cook 3 small breakfast items, 3 other people were asking for refund too, the manger lied to other folks and called me liar about waiting 25 mins. when i asked him to look at receipt and tell the truth he ignored me. manger with weird hair looks like light brown horns

Got there at 5:30 pm. Lady was mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms. Cant they do this at closing? Also, the mustard squirter must be malfunctioning. Could barely see evidence of onion and mustard on my Krystals. The worse was the cleaning lady had the TV turned tuned to church worship turned up too loud with religious preaching blaring throughout. Plus she kept preaching out loud for several minutes. Wont go back. Rather go to Buford location. Hardees is next door with better food.

place is awful and over priced for food there fryers are always breaking and there kitchen cooks are under the influence of some drug. Absolutely not worth coming here unless you want to get ripped off and treated like garbage. manager didnt want to give me a refund after i asked for one (reason they took forever and the fryer broke).

Showed up at 7pm and the doors were locked up. Three people were standing inside, but when I knocked to see what was going on, they just ignored me. A guy at the drive thru said no one was answering the speaker. There were no signs on the doors, and no one would answer the phone. Never seen anything like it. Abysmal.

Great new location, very clean, very friendly. The only problem- My dad and I both ordered the new shrimp plates, with a certain sauce that is pictured. They dont carry the sauce pictured and it was just disappointing. That is the only reason for the -1 star.

They were out of the chili, had to wait 45 minutes or get a substitute, substitute wasnt to my liking. Had a coupon for a free float but they had no ice-cream. Manager was nice enough to give me another drink though.

It was horrible. The lady taking order couldnt get our order right. When food was brought out it was wrong. The manager is in the back working in regular clothes & wearing flip flops.
