I went in to check a balance on a gift card and get a sub. The young lady Samantha was busy talking with the other girl who was sweeping across the room. No acknowledgement of my entering the building. Was extremely rude when I asked her if I could find out if my gift card had any money on it that I had just gotten from a friend. After an awkward silence she says I have 10$. Proceeds to make my sub in complete silence other than to ask me what I want on it. Overall, this was the most uncomfortable Ive been in a subway in my life. I will not return.

Sent one of my coworkers to pick up an ovenroasted chicken sub, all I received was flat bread and veggies I called back to ask about what happend and that the chicken was missing and they told me that they asked if there was meat on it. ?????????? What kind of question is that???? You ask for OVENROASTED CHICKEN you expect ovenroasted chicken on you sub. If I wanted salad I would have purchased a salad.

Displease every time Im in here. When I order online they cant read the instructions and toast it when it says not toasted and dont follow how to make it. And one lady was rude because they were busy and had no internet. No excuses. I will now take my business to a different location and hope for the best at that location...

Horrible experience. The girl cut the bread to close to the top and she couldnt cut the tuna with light lettuce in half because it was falling apart.

Toaster is down and they didnt have many bread options left. Its an ok place to go but much better places in Ann Arbor for subs and sandwiches.
