These 3 ladies that work there have the nastiest personalities! As a black woman, I thought I would be proud to see another black woman running a franchise, however I am completely embarrassed. I went in to get two subs and was yelled at for not talking loud enough. I clearly had a cold and could not even hear myself but I tried to yell my order at the top of my lungs. One of the ladies proceeded to snark "I cant even hear you, speak up" just as rudely as can be. I asked for pepper and she opened the jar grab pepper and threw it between two meatballs. Then I asked her to make the turkey Reuben "as is" and she replied "I dont even know what comes on it" and looked at me in disgust. It was my first time trying it and I had no clue what came on it. Clearly this lady has issues with herself. They all have what seems to be matching tattoos so Im guessing they are family but if you hate your job, please dont come. There are many people desperate for a job. I cant even believe someone would act in such a way. My last time going, Ill use the friendlier one down the street in front of Kroger.

I am lot on the road this is the second time I am eating here and with that my last. The employee which almost certain is the manager at this location. Has a pisspoor attitude not a smile or whatsoever. You can see on her face she has a horrible attitude. She also manages to just sit at a table and conducting personal calls. Thats fine but on the phone she seems nice talking to her friends. When a customer walks in, she reverts back to the horrific personality she shown to be in the past. What surprises me the most is that corporate does not read these reviews. Which to me is not just questionable it shows that they do not care one bit. My suggestion keep driving when you see this place. The mere arrogance if the manager and employees, and the sloppy sandwich you get is enough to ruin your day. The 1 star for this location should be enough to fire its staff and management. I wish I could give it minus 5 stars.

Awful. Came in and she was doing personal business on a computer and said "just a moment" In a very pissed tone. Made me wait for 4 minutes standing there as only customer before my sandwich. And to top it off she licked her fingers to grab a glove. Bad worker with a bad attitude

I ordered online. They got three of the four sandwiches wrong. Kids apple slices were brown. I called twice to talk to them about my order after I got home and was never able to reach a person or even a voicemail. Customer service while I was in store was adequate at best.
