***BUYER BEWARE. If you choose to patronize this particular location (in Stonecrest Malls Food court) DO NOT use credit/debit cards etc. I made a $5.00 purchase and the receipt shows $5.00 BUT they actually charged $6.00 as per my bank statement. Of course I immediately informed my bank of this fraudulent activity. Yes, 1$ is a small amount, but if you tack on 1$ to the hundreds of customers that pay electronically, this location is ripping their customers off for hundreds/ thousands of dollars. So if you must eat there, pay with CASH ONLY.

I ordered the big daddy bacon and no one knew how to make it ! They told me they just put it on the menu so they were on sure how to make it. its not Fleur fault, its whoever fault thats supposed to be training them! How the hell you put something on the menu and dont train them on how to make it. Took them literally 10 minutes. Mind you, Im the only one in line SMH. Oh and to top it off, the cashiers are showing each other their belly button piercings while Im in kine. Ghetto!

The service was terrible a bunch of kids playing around and talking... I placed my order and they were all standing in the front no one making the food... They were talking about customers and cussing at each other.. I never saw a manger come out... I had to get a refund BC I was standing for 20min no food

Why waste the electricity and salaries.... They never have anything on the desset menu, and they rarely get the order right, after repeating your order 3-4 times. I had to call out for someone to come out from the back, and even then had to wait. This location is consistently the worst.

Worst Customer servies ever!!! Food was cold right outta the gate . Order was wrong. Apparently the teenagers sit on the line eating cinnabon all day. Gross! REALLY wanted my money back.
