The service was a joke to the point where their own employees was laughing at the mistakes they kept making. When the clerk gave me my cup for the soda I played around with it before noticing the sign about class cups are on request. I asked for a glass cup instead and he took the cup I put my hands all over on the inside and placed it back in the stack of cups. Once I received my food which was a Papa burger, the buns was stale and was falling apart on me. The meat was cold to the point where the cheese wasnt melted and the toppings were cold to the touch. The fries was drowned in grease. I would not come back.

The employees there are usually friendly and they have a nice juke box. Thats the good news....I go there to eat and the hamburgers are nothing like I expect. They must precook and then warm them to serve. The meat and bun was dry, the bread broke into pieces when I held it etc. I threw it away. Also , no exaggeration, there is almost always one kid (usually taking my order) whose shirt is obviously filthy. I only go there when desperate!

I used to work here. But everything has gone downhill. Been waiting for 20 minutes for a kids meal. This is ridiculous. Update: September 4th 2016 The situation was taken care of. A person took our 4 kids meals. So they thought they handed the order out, but it wasnt given to the right people.

Place is very good. Probably one of the best A+W I been too. Or at least the top 5. They give you large portions. And they do have Coney Tuesdays which is awesome. Food was fresh and service was quick! Plus Root beer is amazing!

One of the best things about this place was the jukebox. Songs were limited, but it took me back to old days where we could select what we wanted to listen to. Good Food was hot and fresh as well.

Showed up at 9:35 to a locked door. Guess the sign that says closing at 10 was just a suggestion. Employees inside just saved us off without a word. Customer service not a strong suit.
