Our experience was fine except the interaction with a manager there named Stephanie. Im a vegetarian & had ordered a cheese quesadilla without meat. Halfway through, I discovered a small piece of chicken. This grossed me out enough to request it to be remade. The waitress apologized & took it back to the kitchen. A few minutes later, one of the managers on staff, Stephanie, came out with my plate, handed it to me, & said she couldnt see any chicken in it. First of all, it doesnt matter if she couldnt find it (I couldnt find it either once she brought it back). If the customer is grossed out, you fix it. However, there was actually chicken in it; my boyfriend & friend were both witnesses. It was remade poorly, but it was remade (pick your battles). I get why bw3 may worry that people are trying to scam for free food or something, but thats not something I would EVER do. It was hard enough for me to be assertive enough to request my meal be fixed. At this point I was so off-put by her rude & confronting attitude that I found it difficult to enjoy the rest of our evening & wont be returning to that bw3. I still love the company in general, but that staff member needs to learn how to have appropriate interactions with customers.

So very rarely do I give anything above a 4-star for chain restaurants because it is a programmed environment and that Personal Touch tends to be lacking from a mom-and-pop or privately owned business. Not that theyre doing anything wrong but when you just operate at the status quo is not necessarily a five-star experience does Buffalo Wild Wings has just fine the food is good although the Boneless Wings in the little office time but you can expect the hundred percent a hundred percent of the time. Friendly staff knowledgeable waitresses and cold beer at the end of the day thats what Im looking for :-)

I wouldve given it five stars about a month ago. The last three times my fiance and I have gone the foods been super greasy, soggy, and almost unedible. We use to go once a week but after the last few trips I dont think we will ever go to this one again. Some of the waitresses lack hygiene. But, there is one GREAT waitress there, Brandy, if you give it a shot make sure you get her!! Again, it use to be good but for some reason its just gone downhill.

Not impressed at all. No one should have to stare at their food, watching people who came in before them get their food and leave. Itd be one thing to have to wait for my food to be done, but I stared at it, sitting on the pickup counter, wondering why paying with cash is such an issue that I cant be helped when my food has clearly been ready for ten minutes. It will be a long while before I consider buying food from here again.

If I could rate this place a negative star I would. I went around lunch time, the staff I encountered were less than attentive and when my party of three was finally seated thats all we did - sit - for 15 minutes. The place wasnt busy, there wasnt a "lunch rush," yet four different employees were milling around the dining area not acknowledging our table. I believe even our exit went unnoticed when we left without ordering.

Ive been to quite a few BWW. Most are high energy, this one was dull. Which can be good at times - just an observation. The menus were crusted with grime. Without warning we were charged 60 cents for each celery and ranch which typically comes complimentary with an order of wings at most places. It is ALMOST worth the drive to Jackson to go to Rocky Top for authentic, meaty, better sauces and better quality wings.

We sat at a table for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge we were sitting there. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to bring our drinks back. We frequent this place often but it seems that within the last year it has went significantly down hill. Wait times have went way up, never enough staff or they dont acknowledge you, food was brought out and it was cold, etc.

Like any chain restaurant, you expect consistency in product, so to rate the food is kind of moot. So its primarily the staff and service that set these places apart. We always enjoy the friendly waitstaff and bartenders at this BDubs. They always treat us well, serve us with a smile and are quick with conversation. :-)

Changed my take-out order without asking because the division of different sauces had to be in specific multiples. They did not tell me that they would change it over the phone. When I came to pick up my order it was in different quantities than I soecified. I would have been ok with it if they would have told me.

EXCEPT, for when i asked for the ADULT toy they did not deliver Brendon Urie from Panic at the Disco like i was PROMISED!!! ...was really wanting to be delivered the Bachelor ;) hehehe Will be expecting him gold plated tho next time! (Dont forget to have Morpheus give him the blue pill!)

the quality of the food is just as good as any of their chain locations, however the staff members are exceptional. You can expect youre going to receive great service at this location. Plenty of flat screen tvs to keep up on your sporting events too.

Fenton, Mi We went had a group of 30, no one was in there. We had a great waiter but another server refused to help him and the manager wasnt much help. It took 30 minutes for drink orders then another 30 minutes for food orders. Terrible management!

Its so delicious, if I were a vegetarian BDubs would be my downfall, if meat disgusts you then dont go to a place known for its wings?? Thats kind of obvious if you ask me but they have AMAZING celery sticks that I could definitely live off of

This place has the worst service. Never staff properly. Took over an hour to get food. No hostess to greet you. Waited in line for 10 min. Told the manager and he went back to the kitchen. We sat ourselves. It was horrible experience.

Whats not to like about Buffalo Wild Wings? Do you like Buffalo Wings? Do you like watching sports? Do you like playing trivia or electronic poker. BWW is a great place to visit. Good food and Boneless Thursdays are a particular treat!

Oh my gosh. This limited time Sweet Sarahan Spice sauce is to die for!! Best wings Ive had on this menu in a couple years!
