The food was delicious, dont get me wrong, but our waitress was way more interested in her larger tables on the other side of the restaurant that she disappeared for over 20 minutes! 20 MINUTES! It took her a long time to even come to our table of 2 to take our drink order, then we received glasses filled to the brim with ice... with a little soda in there. Two sips and you were left with a glass full of ice. We ended up getting refills from the woman who brought us our food, and after not seeing our waitress for over 20 minutes, one of us got up to get our OWN refills, when a waiter from a completely different section of the restaurant offered to help us. I know I cant speak for all of their staff, but our waitress seemed to only be interested in the tables she felt shed get a bigger tip from.

Completely dissatisfied. Initially when I called to place a take out order, I got transferred to the bar and was on hold for 10 mins, irritated I hung up and called back. I told the same host on the phone that I had been waiting for 10 mins with no acknowledgment and then again was transfer back to the bar, I waited again for about 5 mins this time. When someone finally picked up the gentlemen taking my order barely let me say what I wanted before asking me if that was it. I said no and finished telling him my order which still proceeded to try and rush me through. To top it all off when I went and picked up my food it was all cold... horrible customer service, and crappy food quality. If I could rate this 0 out of 5 stars I would.

We have been here several times and it has always been average until our last visit. On this visit, the hostess began the poor service by showing us our table, slamming the menus down on the table and walking away. This behavior could only be described as puzzling. My wife and mother in law both ordered sandwich and salad. Both of their salads had dirt and what looked like pieces of bugs present. The manager did his best to make it right and took their food off of the bill. I ordered a burger and fries, which was very average. Our waitress did a good job, but obviously had more tables than she could handle. We will not be returning here.

Ive had good & bad experiences at Red Robin and I can state my one and only visit to this location was one of the good ones. I sat at the bar, which was clean and had a descent appearance. I was happy it was full service (cocktails) and the 2 bartenders were courteous and provided good service. I ordered a medium-rare, Black-n-Blue burger and have to state, it was delicious, cooked as ordered, and have zero complaints. I enjoyed my meal, my beverages, and service. I know the fries are unlimited but I was stuffed with my initial plate.

Food is always decent but one time we had a waiter who was very pushy. He kept trying to get us to order the ribs they had on special. Why would we come to a burger place to order ribs? We were very turned off by his aggressiveness. At the end of the meal he kept trying to get me to call the survey phone number on the receipt... at the table. Thankfully we have not gotten him again but we know he still works there, hopefully his aggressiveness has calmed down. We just want to order some burgers and enjoy our meal.

My husband were on our way back North from a weekend trip to Detroit and stopped here. Were eating keto, and were extremely excited when we saw they have a keto friendly burger option called the wedgie burger, which is just a lettuce wrapped burger. I am assuming you could ask for any burger that way, but it was awesome to see on a menu. It was affordable, and came with endless salad in place of endless fries. We were very pleased, as it was delicious!

I had the black and bleu burger with steak fries and a Coke. The burger was good, but it seemed like it must have sat on the plate waiting for a while because the bun was soaked on the bottom. The fries were ok and I was offered more, but they werent that good. My main issue was the price-- I had a burger, fries, and a soda and my check was $21 after tip. A three dollar fountain drink is pretty high and the burger was not a $15 burger.

We havent been to this Red Robin in a while because we were so turned off by what we heard while we were there. Our service and food was wonderful but it was not wonderful hearing employees by the bar who were on the clock talking about how drunk they were and how they went and drank on their break before coming back to work. Just glad we got the severer who cared about their job.

We have pretty good luck at this Red Robin every time we go. Good service and good food. Its a traditional stop for us before or after the movies, and Ive never thought "I should have gone somewhere else." In the end its a Red Robin chain restaurant, but you get exactly what they advertise which isnt a bad thing!

Best place to have a get together. Went here for our friends 20th bday. Birthdays all around in this joint...everyone comes here to celebrate! The staff is great, and they even sang to our friend. Ask to be put in Reeds section...great server. 10/10 recommend him. Go to the Brighton Red Robin!!

God bless this Red Robin! Madison was very sweet and helped me well. I ordered the Sauteed Shroom burger and there were plenty of mushrooms on it! The fries taste great as always. Excellent all-American artifacts on the wall and the bird is pretty hip/cool too. 5 stars.

Hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the service is great and the food is delicious, other times, meh. The recent remodel is very nice, though they didnt touch the restrooms for some reason. Wish the experience was more consistent.

Food tastes good once you get it. The past 5+ times Ive been there the service is incredibly slow. Surprised that it takes so long considering I only order a burger and fries. I try not to go there unless I have a lot of time to kill.

Wide variety of food. Come hungry because you get a lot! I got the BLTA croissant and it was very good. Ended up taking half of it home. Lots of burgers prepared with many different toppings. Good salads too.

Meal was good and fair priced.. only gave 3 stars due to the waitress not giving us back the correct change. And then stating she never gives back coinage only paper money
