I used to think this place had really good food (and somewhat authentic) for a great price, but last 2 experiences the food has been just meh....overcooked (noodles and veggies mushy), and bland. The lo mein used to have a great smokey flavor (closely resembling metro chinatowns- think SF or Chicago), but now...bland mush...we ask for food spicy ("crying hot", and we mean it) and in past, we got it spicy... "spicy" now is kinda spicy, but my young kids happily eat it, which might tell you something. I think they may have changed cooks, and hope they read this to return to serving great food they had in the past.

I wish I could have posted a negative number. My husband and I stopped there to place a take-out order. A waiter and one of the usual check-out ladies looked right at us, but neither said anything about anybody being right with us. We sat and waited by the checkout and nobody came, so we left. VERY POOR SERVICE! Another restaurant received our money for the terrific food we got from there, and we had very prompt service. We have stopped at Dragon Court many times, but this may have been our last.

This is the freshest Chinese food I have ever had! Our family just moved here and were looking to try the local restaurants. To be honest I had very little expectations for a Chinese restaurant in the Hamburg / Whitmore Lake area. The food was outstanding and now when my parents come out to visit they always end up ordering from Dragon Court and taking it back to Novi. Great Food!

I was apprehensive of going to a Chinese restaurant in Hamburg, I was somewhat expecting it to be really bland and oily but on the contrary, it was pretty good. The food was flavorful and the service was good. I got the Szechuan eggplant with tofu, it was tasty but it could have been spicier. My wife and I will be back again.

They are hands down best in the area! I go out of my way to eat here when Im in the area and want Chinese food. Livingstons best Chinese food hands down! In addition to being a fabulous restaurant food-wise these guys have the most polite and courtious staff ive ever encountered at a resturant as well.

Friendly service and pretty good portions. Flavors are not bad as well, we like the almond chicken, Singapore noodles and kung pao chicken among others as well. Of course Ive had Better as far as authenticity goes having lived in NYC and China town but for here its good :)
