The only taco bell that doesnt screw up my order 100% of the time. Seems like there is a rule that your order is supposed to be screwed up at every location Ive ever visited. Its nice to get what you ask for consistently. Lunch and 5 oclock rushes mean the wait is a bit longer. Sometimes 5-15 minutes, but you can usually look around and see that everyone just got there at the same time. The people are always very nice tho. Even when they know people are angry because they have to wait a little longer.

The only reason they get a 1 is because it wont let me give them 0 stars! My husband went to this location, horrible! Took 20 minutes to get the food, they messed up the order!!! He drove back to Eatonton and not one thing on the order was correct. Horrible service! Needs to be closed or taken over by someone that can clearly understand what someone orders! DO NOT go to this location! Save your money and go to Zaxbys!

The child working the window asked me what sauce we wanted and we asked for fire and hot, she said ," we are out of hot,is just fire Ok? I said no and asked if she was sure they were out and she said,"yes" . So I drive around and parked,walked inside and there was all the hot sauce I could want. The child wouldnt even acknowledge me that there was sauce and I went home. Im almost 100% positive its because Im white.

Food was nasty. I ordered two beefy Fritos burritos, there was almost no Fritos in it the rice tasted both really old and over cooked. I choked down one of them but could only make it a few bites into the second one. Gave three stars because my wife said her soft tacos tasted okay and the store over all looked clean. Will not eat here again.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes. Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes so I just ordered at the window. Then got to the window and was asked to come inside because of the people behind me. Went inside and all I got was some free cininonm twist for free. Will not be going back here.

Worst fast food place Ive ever been! And I have been to alot. Every order around us was wrong. We waited 30 mins on 13 tacos. The "manager" was taking out trash while no one in the kitchen had any idea how to read tickets. He was nice enough to refund us, but not a good way to run a business.

Read some of the other reviews, they didnt match my experience. The food was good and order correct. The workers were all friendly and I like the seating. Its broken up into different sections so you dont feel like the person next to you is in your conversation.

Wasnt worth the money spent. Crunchwrap and crunchy taco was just thrown together. Girl at window forgot to give us our drinks then questioned whether we ordered drinks after repeating order back to us. Worst experience ever!!! Will not return

This location has management issues and is under staffed. Being in the area it is in lunch hour should be a quick in and out and it is not.
