Today I decided to eat at this Popeyes for the first time ever. Needless to say I shall never return. The man behind the counter gave me almost no time to look at the menu and insisted I hurried up and place my order, with me being the only person in the restaurant. I purchased a two piece spicy chicken combo meal, which was manifested pretty quickly and the chicken was not spicy at all. Every beverage I tried from the drink machine was so incredibly nasty I ended up telling the staff that they can throw away the cup because everything they have to drink is undrinkable. I do believe sprite is supposed to be clear and not yellow. other than that the biscuit was fine, but I will never return to this facility. if it was possible to give a negative star rating I would most certainly do so.

I ordered sugarcane tea but received what tasted like unsweetened. I was offered sugar because as she put it "sweetheart thats how the person who made it this morning, made it" I would have preferred a different drink if you all make sugarcane tea without sugar. We ordered three surf and turf and received no cocktail sauce but I would have ignored those issues until we got to our dark home and there is no plastic ware. Half the state is out of power and you serve sides that require utensils and you did not have the courtesy to provide what we needed to enjoy our meal.

It really sucks giving this store one star. Popeyes chicken has great food. Tops kfc. But this store in Taylor is terrible. Long waiting. No respect from employees. Its dirty on the inside and out. I got a big order. Had no ice in either drinks. Wasnt offered any sauces for my food. Got told to "sign this" and the person walked off. On top of all this, the drive thru order sign looks like someone just put it together really fast. Most of their menu isnt even on it. And its terribly unorganized. Will still eat popeyes but definitely not at this location.

The service was slow, and the overall friendliness needs improved, but the night manager was running a tight ship, making sure all of the orders were correct before being handed to the customer. She was consistently making sure her employees were washing their hands, which of course is so important. Our food was fresh and delicious! The only thing that we really wished they had was sweet tea, as the jug was empty. I think the manager was doing the best she could given the circumstances. Thank you!

Horrible service, been going there for three weeks trying to get their new wings everytime i go their out of boneless wings. Place is horrible which sucks because i like popeyes . Their menu outside is very poor, seems like they were in a rush to put it together and didnt care what it looked like and their advertising is horrible as well . Employees were cussing overall bad place to go. Next yime i want popeyes i will NOT go yo this one .

Went to the restaurant today 7/7/2017 Bought a 10 piece meal. Only got 9 pieces. Was short a breast. Been trying to call the phone just rings, then someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. The manager is the one that fixed my order. To tired to go back up there. Make sure you count your chicken. Next if there is a next time. I going to find another Popeyess to go to . I will count my chicken before I leave.

Bad service does not even begin to explain my visit here, not once, or twice but EVERY TIME. Furthermore, no one at POPEYES will talk to you about this store. You have to call the franchise owners and no one there returns a call. Tonight was the last time I will eat here and probably any POPEYE’S because with my 12-piece dinner I received a wing that included deep fried FEATHERS!!!!

Food is good but the service is slow and the one young lady has a bad attitude it took me 30 minutes to get two ten PCs I knew I should went to the Redford store they always on point PS she just a casher I ask for some water while I wait she said 50 cents so I declined I feel for the supervisor she have to put up with the team they gave her so next time I am going to Redford Popeyes

This is the slowest restaurant in the entire chain. Dine in order took 18 minutes to place, then to receive my 4 piece dinner took 27 minutes to receive documented by my time stamped reciept. Workers were rude to other customers that just got tired of waiting and left very unhappy after verbal confrontation by staff. I do not suggest this business to my worst enemy

Very slow and very rude. I walked in the door 5 minutes after 10p. not knowing they were closed inside. After entering and waiting in line for 10 minutes, I was told to leave since they were closed inside. I should have been told sooner. She she wouldnt take my order even though the drive thru was still open.

Food was good service was slow the womens handle for the toilet in the bathroom was broke so you had to do it manually was not very clean jars had dust on top of them their sign that is inside was dusty all around tables were dirty it was the first time I have ate there and will never go back again.

The drive thru intercom doesnt work, the waiting in the drive thru is long and horrible, then when you finally get to the window to order, they barely have anything you ask for. I usually dont even bother with reviewing business but this is way too much going, even for me. At least the food was hot.

This Popeyes in Taylor is the worst Ive ever been to... horrible service, dont ever have the spicy Chicken available. Its dirty inside and out. I hate to say this but I wish corporate or owner would come in there to check out this train wreck.... never again coming to this location.

I have to be honest, if I didnt love Popeyes chicken, Id stop going to all of these local stores. Horrible customer service, and almost always a really long wait because theyre out of something. They have to start caring about therse things and quit coasting by on their name alone.

Third time Ive been there in the past 6 months or so...and had the same exact exper5each time...How do you run out of chicken?? Was told it would be a 25 minute wait..got the tenders instead. Still waited just as long...love Popeyes but will not visit this location again

Disappointed to say the least. Staff service was rude while taking our order. Tables and floors were messy and covered with litter in some places. Food was okay but wasnt as exceptional as they make it seem. My first time at a Popeyes franchise and was not impressed.

The drive through is ridiculously slow. Every time I come its a looooooooog wait. Read every post while waiting. 3 cars in drive through 20 minute wait. Watching staff sitting and talking at the window. Smh. Going back to Smoothies. Ijs. The inside is empty. Wow!

This place was disgusting. The staff has poor customer service and the cashier was for sure high on something. Highly recommendjng getting it to go. Never been so upset with a fast food restaurant like this until today. Should of went to KFC.
