Ofcourse the food is good. But the one here in livonia Ive been coming to on my lunch breaks lately and only go if i see hardly any cars because I am limited on time, but this last time I went (Yesterday) will be my last time coming here period! They charged my card twice! I only ordered mashed potatoes and a pop, tell my why i spent my whole 25 minutes of my 30 min lunch waiting in the drivethru. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was at the window beeping my horn trying to get the girls attention while my mashed potatoes pop and debit card was just sitting there, while this girl isnt even paying attention and to top it off I was charged twice! The girl was rude and clearly did not care about customer service. Job well done on losing this customer, I will take my business elsewhere!

Total incompetence. Been here 4 times, got the order wrong 3 times. I encourage anyone interested in how not to operate a franchise fast food restaurant- go in and observe the workers. I found it quite interesting. Im not kidding. Overstaffed with people who are completely incompetent. Its like watching road construction crews fry chicken. 2 people working and 5 people standing around watching. One person concentrating really hard to fill up cups of beans and rice. Manager standing around not doing jack. People flirting with cashiers and nobody taking orders. Always out of something (usually ranch sauce). But the food is good.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I have tried this place twice and both times I have received terrible service. During my experience today I asked for blackened ranch and was snapped at with the answer that they didnt have any. I remained polite and asked if I could please have regular ranch instead to which I received a groan. I arrived at home to realize that I wasnt given a straw, I literally had seven fries in my bag, and my pop had no ice in it at all. Completely disrespectful and unnecessary. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

First it was a 12 minute wait for tenders. Okay thats fine. I got something else. They had no dollar bills so I got my my change in coins. Still no problem. Hands me my food and closes the window without giving me my drink. I had to wait another minute to wait for someone to return to ask for my drink. I drove away and got home. Completely wrong order!!!! No BBQ sauce which I asked for. And the attitude to top it off......??? Id rather eat out of a dumpster then go back to this place!!!!!

One person working hard while the other 14 people walk around and chat. I literally saw 2 people one I assume is the manager sitting while I waited 20 minutes to receive my order and while I was waiting people were coming in from drive thru to complain of wrong order or cold food. I love Popeyes chicken just not willing to wait 20 minutes for my food. I also hate to watch one woman work her butt off and everyone else walk out to the lobby and chat with other employees. #theworst

They can use some organization.They need someone to come in and lend* a hand. The young empoyee lost track...Definitely dis organized and need some help at that location... Wish you all the best. I will not stop again, Ill stay at Redford Popeyes. Also food was cold, and it took about 10 mins for a simple side order. Red beans small n 4 pies..The pies were sweet potatoes instead of apple. Disgusting enough my kids bednight snack turned into a yuk mom, in the trash!

This location has only been open for a couple of months and it has already reached the point where they are constantly out of something. This last time it was ice for the drinks and before that, apple pies and Buffalo dipping sauce. The customer service is non-existent. It can hardly be classified as fast food when you are asked to wait five minutes for fries to be done on every visit. Would not recommend.

By far one of the worst locations. The service is terrible. And they NEVER open up on time. Ive been here twice they opened up an hour after the sign says they are supposed to open. They never put a note up to inform you so you sit in the drive thru waiting for them to take your order. This store has only been open for a few months and already they are the WORST store ever. Smh

I have never witnessed a more inefficient food delivery system. Employee that was filling orders continued to go from station to station filling sides...took forever. My order and the two customers before me were imcorrect, wrong chicken, missing items and wrong sides. Food has always been good and the box is a good value.....if you get what you paid for.

Customer service wasnt great, food was so so, store was dirty (tables filthy, floor looked clean but was slick due to being mopped with dirty water). Everything mentioned comes back to the employees and their lack of desire to excel at their job. Its unfortunate that most employees dont realize that their job could be coming from someones life savings.

Will not come here again. As much as I love Popeyes. My order was wrong after I repeatedly asked for a breast and wing. Finally asked for my money back. Then the girl in the drive thru disappeared mind you I used a debit. Not the 1st time my order has been wrong. I only get 30 min for lunch and had to go back to work hungry.

Horrible. 7yr old got coleslaw which she normally loves but spit it right out, it was sour and of course was " made the day before". Definitely not worth the money it costs. Will not be returning to this location. Sad that the company calls itself "Louisianas Kitchen" food there is much better than this place can produce.

Im normally very understanding of fast food places having issues, but this was by far my worst experience ever ordering food from a place. You need new employees or you will continue to lose service. I have to assume that the few high scores on here are paid reviews or are done by the owner. Awful, just awful.

The 3rd time this week Ive placed an order here and theyve forgotten something! The girls are ghetto and rude, even the manager is unprofessional! I was trying to explain to the manager to food I was missing and she starts smirking, Avoid this place at all cost, you WONT GET WHAT YOU PAYED FOR!

This place is nasty. Rude service, and I watched them handle our food without gloves on. I was stupid enough to eat some of it anyway and felt really sick afterwards. On top of that, the food is pretty bland. "Cajun fries" are fries with pepper on them. Dumpster food.

If I give no stars I would. It doesnt matter what time of the day I come here I can NEVER get my order the way I want it. I always want 5 whole wings and the cashier usually says let me see if I have them. Horrible place
