I would rate it 5 stars. Food is great employees not so great. I have been to this restaurant a few times in the past few weeks my husband works down the street. And each time that I have visited this restaurant I have encountered some disrespectful person behind the counter the employees at this particular location are extremely disrespectful and rude and I have complained to corporate numerous of times I just wont be back to this restaurant although the food is great.

Horrible service. They have two drive thrus, but only one works during the day. This is how I went from the front of the line, to the very end. Then I tried instead to order at the front window. The guys inside ignored me and another customer for several minutes, even after glancing at me since I arrived. My recommendation is go to a different Checkers.

Service is a little slow... If its a drive-thru both sides of the drive thru should be open... That probably will stop alleviate so many lines and cut down the wait time... And the customer service is kind of poor... had to go back a couple of times because my order was mixed up... the food is pretty good when its not cold from the wait time...

Bad service the drive thru employee keep asking me "if that would complete my order "? NO when I say ok thats all or im done then Im done ordering my food !!! Also its very rude to ask an customer to turn off their engine because their speakers suck! They messed up on our order to!! Im going to the one in Taylor from now on!

Worst service I have ever had!!!! Staff and management very rude !!!!! My whole order was messed up and cold... Not one thing I ordered was in the bag when I called the manager didnt care at all when I asked for corporate number she gave me her employees cell phone number... Disrespectful Worst place ever dont go there!!!!!

Didnt even want to give one star. had no ice for drinks, a sandwich I ordered only came with one patty and it comes with two. Staff into whatever they were into instead of the customer. Order 2 apple pies in which one failed to make it in the bag. Horrible service. 6/11/15 @ 10:40pm

Extremely rude lady who works there. I ordered a sandwich combo and a hi-c and when I came back she opened the little window to talk to me. I then proceeded to ask her where it was. She shut it in my face and locked it. 0/10. If you want to fire her she is the fat black one.

I sat in the Drive-Thru for about 45 minutes before I get to the window to receive my food once I get to the window to receive the food my order was all wrong and I set for another 30 minutes when the food finally was handed to me everything was cold and the shake was not

Slow drive thru. Slowest one in town does not matter day or night. Can barely hear what they are mumbling in the speaker. . Food is decent but the service sucks .whats the point in having two lanes for drive thru if they are both slow as molasses.?

I was going to give this place one star but the cashier was polite. But food was terrible. I would never go back here again. My bread to my sandwich was not toasted, it was still cold and my fries was fried extra hard and crispy, they tasted burnt.

Cashier gave me mean looks, acted like he didnt want to give us our order, we waited 10 minutes while he ignored and kept throwing us mean glances, then gave us the wrong order. Got a refund and wont go there until the ghetto staff is gone.

Wonderfully satisfying food at a great price. We both enjoyed the 4 for 3 deal - in my case, a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, Coke, and apple pie for only $3 + tax. Amazing value. Everything was as ordered and tasted hot and delicious.

Horrible service rude staff and the cashier was talking to another employee while we were waiting to pay and ignored us for 5 minutes did not know the menu this is why they shouldnt get $15 a hour cant even get a order right

Checkers in general is good sinning place but thus location has to be the worse by far, workers have attitudes all the time, and manager is more rude than the regular employees!! Horrible staff and always mess up orders
