If I could give this crap hole a zero rating I would. Went there with my family for some quick burgers tonight.....or so we thought. During the ordering process, my brother had to repeat himself 3 times because they couldnt get the order right. THEN, after paying for 10 All-American Cheeseburgers and 1 BLT, They asked us to pull ahead and wait. THIRTY minutes later, as were still waiting and very p**sed off, my brother goes inside. Not only did they NOT offer any kind of remedy for waiting for 30 minutes for 11 sandwiches, they had just began wrapping sandwiches for OUR order, all the while serving many, many other customers. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SH**HOLE AGAIN, AND I WILL RECOMMEND THAT ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AVOID THIS PLACE.

The first time Ive ever tried Checkers was after high school. I was addicted after the first bite: the seasoned beef, excellent ratio of condiments, and melted cheese reminded me of a burger you would get that most bars or bowling alleys. The convenience and service they provide has always been a positive one, besides the area population (the Walgreens across the street recently got robbed). But the tension of the streets bring you right home in New York. Theres no public restroom nearby, and since they closed the nearby grocery store, they keep the public restroom at Walgreens locked. So I advise getting takeout and waiting to eat every time

Been to this location on 2 occasions (drive through both times). the first time I was there I was shorted frys, the burger was sloppily put together (more than youd expect) and it just didnt taste right. The 2nd time the cashier was a little rude, also stood directly in front of the window with her back to me the whole time I was waiting . I live around the corner and the burger was barely warm and again slapped together in an earthquake. My drink tasted like seltzer water and my sons cheese sticks were like rubber. 2 is enough for me, I wont be back for a third strike.

Been to the same location several times and everytime I tell them my order I get there nasty mayonnaise taken off but instead they put it on because there so incompetent they dont care they dont listen there food is honestly disgusting my rating for them wouldnt even be a star low life dumbass that cant make fast food I mean come on how hard is it to make something so simple and listen to the customer and what they want.

Gave us wrong orders! Cheated out of more expensive sandwich for a cheaper sandwich on their Baconcilla! Got the $2.99 instead. What checkers doesnt have apple pies at 12:30 in the afternoon. Also couldnt run debit card. Bad business after such a good review in Grand Rapids. . ..

EVERY single time I went they got my order wrong. Whats worse is when I brought it to their attention their attitude was horrible. FILL OUT THE SURVEY ON THE BACK OF YOUR RECEIPT AND COMPLAIN. They need to change managers or something.

they gave me a cold burger and fries and didnt have the coke because theyre out of it. at the end of the night instead of making me a fresh burger they gave me a burger that was laying around for awhile
