Waiting at least 30 minutes for an ice cream any time I go there. Totally unacceptable! Also, I know this is a job for young kids, and high schoolers, but lets get these kids some training so they dont fail at the ice cream shop! Life lessons people.

Ordered 2 medium ice cream cones with chocolate dip. Ice cream didnt go to the edge of the come on either one, 2nd one was the size of a small. Chocolate dip didnt cover the whole ice cream, what little bit there was.
