Today, I visited your restaurant in Dearborn Michigan. While ordering through the drive thru speaker, I was greeted by an incredibly rude woman who cut me off twice in the middle of my order when I wasnt finished ordering. It was clear she didnt want to be bothered and wasnt paying attention. After repeating everything on my order several times each, she then repeated it back to me so fast I could barely understand what she said, but I was pretty sure she got it right. When we got to the window, she apparently had forgotten our root beer float. When I politely said "excuse me, I think were just missing the root beer float" she responded with the nastiest attitude and said "well why didnt you ask for it when I repeated your order back to you instead of getting an attitude about it?" Let me assure you, there was ZERO attitude coming from anyone in my vehicle. The attitude was coming from her. I was appalled that she would say something like that. After finally getting my root beer float after being charged separately for it, I said to the woman "I will be contacting your manager, there was no need to be rude with your attitude comment" her response was then "I dont have one and I dont care". Let me assure you, I will never dine at your restaurant again. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life for doing absolutely nothing wrong and it makes me sick that you would employ people who act like that.

1 out of 20 cats (and cats are my life). Would not recommend. At first the place looks wonderful. Its spacious but the clock is broken, and the upholstery is torn. We ordered and the server had no clue what he was doing. He was hard to understand and cut me off mid word to ask my mother a question about her order. He would not switch my drink for a polar swirl, which I know has been done because I have gotten it before. When we got our food my moms fish sandwich was missing pickles (which usually are on it) and my mini corn dogs had no flavor. I went up after my meal and got my cookie dough polar swirl and I was not impressed. The cookies tasted like they had been sitting out and they crumbled the wrong way when I bit into them. I would have rather gone to McDonalds, and I hate McDonalds.

Parked to make a phone call, realized people were going inside to eat. A LOT of people. I wondered for the longest why this establishment is still in existence... Well excuse my ignorance but I KNOW WHY. The food was amazing. I hate root beer and dont consume dairy but the Bacon Double Cheeseburger (w/o cheese) was amazing!! Staff at drive thru all appear under 25 but were surprisingly polite!?! I dont do reviews but I had to find out. Will visit again.

Decent food but probably more expensive than other fast food restaurants. Still, nothing beats that fresh root beer that there known for. I can tell the difference from the stuff made in store like here vs. What comes from the fountain. Chili dogs and chili cheese fries were amazing. Burgers and cheese curds are pretty good too. Staff was friendly and they bring your food to your table which adds a little personalization.

A&W Root Beer is just great. My wife had a craving for an A&W Root Beer Float, so we happened upon this place last week - I was surprised they were still open, but happy we could get her fix. Thankfully, I didnt remember the story from 2000 when fingertip-less limbs of a murdered woman were found inside the grease dumpster behind the restaurant until after I finished my frosty treats.

This A&W intentionally takes its ice cream/shake, etc. equipment out of service two hours before closing for "cleaning". I am not sure why cleaning that wipes out half the menu occurs during business hours. In any case, this fact should be posted on the door and at the drive thru so people waiting in lines for a full menu do not waste their time.

The lady working there was very friendly, but I got stomach sickness from the coneys. The coney sauce tasted like very spicy jalapeno sauce. I like hot and spicy, but never had it taste like that at any other A&W. I seriously suspect the food was old and being re-used. Now I know why I was the only one eating at this larger than average A&W.

Service is slow. Most days the employees are dry and unfriendly. I didnt even get a have a nice day when my order was handed to me. Also the worker handed me my drink cup dripping with root beer. Didnt even try to clean it up before. If this wasnt right across the street from work, i probably would not waste my time.

The cashier told me I couldnt have the new ice cream drink with my meal because it was a dessert! She didnt offer it to us for an extra cost or try to sell it as a dessert. The drive thru worker was taking selfies in the dining room while customers were eating.

You cant go wrong with A&W root beer, but this place is always just a little dirty and the help just a little uncaring. Not the worst fast food place Ive been in, but definitely nothing worth going out of your way for.

Clean on the inside. Decent atmosphere not to crowded. Nice employees good attitudes. Food came quickly really like the cheese curds not so much on the burgers a bit dry. Also the root beer floats are my fave.

This place used to be great but very unprofessional service now and even after I spoke with the manager and supervisor not one person even apologized for my family not receiving service.

The Worst! My coney dog had less than a teaspoon of chili on it. The worst coney I have ever had. Avoid this A&W. $2.39 for garbage.
