This is my third visit to this location. I had a craving for McDonalds thanks to my co-workers but Ill go back there when pigs fly. Anyway, their record here is 2 out 3 correct orders for me; ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG AT EVERY FAST FOOD JOINT. This location may be the slowest anywhere even between lunch and dinner rushes, but you can smell your food cooking fresh like a burger bar. Their bathrooms are clean. And their staff is kind but seem very stressed out. Other customers seem a lot less patient than I :-/

I went through the drive through and yesterday and asked for mayo only on my sandwiches. The sandwiches had cheese sauce on one, no mayo, and marinara sauce on the other, no mayo. I gave the sandwiches back and was told to drive around and they would correct the order. In approximately 40 seconds my order was brought out to my car. I checked the sandwiches and there was no change. They brought me the same sandwiches and must have thought I would have drove off. Unbelievable.

I go to Checkers three times a week on Ten Mile and Southfield Road I went there today on Tuesday the 29th new staff I dont recognize the regular crew horrible experience today! Messed up three of my orders! The girl there put her fingers inside the cup on the inside of the lid! New crew on Tuesday the 29th the afternoon crew need to get retrained Im a regular customer!

Would never eat here again. I was a loyal customer until the other day they charged me for food that I didnt even order. When I went back in to tell them they didnt give me the correct food they seemed very upset and started yelling, they remade my food but gave me cold mozzarella sticks. I just took the food but Ill never be back to this location.

Got a number 1 and a number 11 with 2 pops as we drove off I took a sip of my drink and it was flat I drove back to the business and told them it was flat so they told us to pull up so they can replace them after 10 Minutes they brought out our drinks but by that time our food was cold SMH Ill never eat there again and I recommend no one else does

I asked for my burger to be fresh, it wasnt cooked long enough so it was rare, tables were dirty, pop was flat. Spoke with the manager , asked for a chicken sandwich with chessev, they make correct sandwich just without cheese on it. Worst service ever, on the bright side the manager was apologetic & gave me my money back.

So SLOW, just ridiculously slow, I stopped by on my short lunch break and spent almost all of it waiting in line, and its not just that they were busy the employees seemed to be moving in slow motion and showing no sign of urgency or care and the food was sub par, even for a fast food restaurant.

Worst Checkers ever. They have a $5 meal and thats what I asked for. My Bill bill was $5.50 because the lady did it wrong. Was the only person there and it took over 10 mins to get my food. I think they need to restart. Will never go again!!!!!!

Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins , when pulled up to order at the speaker I was told they were closed...there was still 20 minutes before the closing time (2:00 am) .... This location is very unprofessional...not worth my time or $ ....

The female cashier was very rude. The two cooks were very polite. The female cashier didnt know the menu and seemed very agitated when I asked her questions. It made the visit very uncomfortable. I wont return.

Awful place to get food. You could go in 7 days in a row, order the same thing every day and get 7 different prices. Its like they charge you whatever they feel like. Bunch of dindus

We went through the drive thru and ordered the chicken bites box and all the chicken and fries were spilled everywhere. They were very unfriendly and the gave us no napkins.

Took 25min for a 2 dollar bit box. 8 people in line waiting for 30 min. Horrible experience. If you only 30 min lunch i recommend somewhere else.
