Got to restaurant at about 12:20 a.m. the car in front of me took forever to place their order when it was time for me to order it was 12:31 a.m. and they told me immediately sorry were closed and I said when did you close because the person in front of me took 5 minutes to place the order and they said they close at 12:30 a.m. I said okay so you can take my order and the lady was rude and said sorry were closed and start turning off the lights I dont recommend this restaurant to anybody I was under the impression that you take the orders of the people in the drive thru and then close especially someone thats been waiting for over 5 minutes to place the order..This was my first and definitely my last time ever going to Checkers

VERY disappointed! I usually like Checkers, today I cant say that. The restaurant was not busy. But seemed to not care about its customers. I was "treated" to an old, dried out & cold burger and given the impression I was not a valued customer by the matter of fact attitude of the server. As Checkers is mainly a "to go" establishment I did not realize how poor the quality was until I had left. I will drive out of my way next time to go to another location or to the competition. Does not even deserve 1 star

Along with giving me food a size less than what I paid for (and taxed, when I was in the drive thru) the lady who helped me was rude and sassy. She shut the window on me when I was saying that I was getting change and treated me like I was stupid when I told her that I was trying to get it when she shut the window on me. She had an attitude, she was unnecessarily rude, and she was just unprofessional. The food is good, but they need to get workers who dont have such an attitude.

I was going to order some food, and I also needed some change due to having a big bill, and needing it for the bus. I stood at the window for about 10 minutes while I was waiting for the bus but no one ever came to the window to take my order. I ended up just getting on the bus. Every other time Ive come here Ive had the same issue. The employees are EXTREMELY rude and the food is made sloppily.

Literally the worst Bacon Cheddar Crisp Ive ever gotten. It has only 2 bacon bits on it, 2! I would rather had them pull the normal scam and just put regular bacon strips on the burger. Also got 3 chicken bites boxes, all of them had different amounts of chicken ranging from 6 in one box to over 20 in another. Can you not find decent help?

Went through the drive thru tonight and waited at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Also there was no cars in the line at all, I yelled hello 3 times And seen the employees standing there talking. When we drove away they just looked at us. Its okay though Burger King did me right. Much better service.

Awesome food but very rude employees. The manager was the worst. I live nearby and stop to pick up food from here every 2/3 days but will think twice before going there. Everyone in this store needs training on customer service and need monitoring on how they interact with customer. BAD BAD ATTITUDE

Horrible service repeats the order five times and still messes it up tells us to pull up because there on a timer with no one behind us thats already over the limit well you shouldnt mess up the order fast food workers wanting 15 an hour SMH and no lights couldnt see the restaurant or the menu board
