I been always addicted to Tim Hortons coffee. I live near the coffee shop which is inside a gas station. I like most of the works and the service but I had issues with the work couple times. The first time I dealt with him he had an attitude and aggressive facial expressions, so I thought he had a rough shift and didnt give it much attention but unfortunately it happened more than once. I took my finances to it today and he gave me that attitude which is I know its not personal but he doesnt so certain people. I asked for 4 large ice cap and he gave me 2 medium and 2 large and I explained to him my other and but with his untestable gave me the look of take it or leave it. And he wasnt professional at, she wasnt wear the dress code or anything. I am not trying to get him fired but I dont think Ill be going there neither my friends and family till he fixes his attitude.

2 days in a row our order has been wrong im sure if the staff would stop side talking they can pay attention to what the customer has actually ordered I ordered a B L T on a biscuit and didnt get a tomato I ordered a lemon poppy seed muffin and got a banana nut muffin I mean really is it that hard to pick up the correct item. They dont deserve any stars

The African American who waited on us preferred to wait on another from another mother and the guy with the fancy car. Then when she gave us our doughnuts she told us the ones we choose are the ones she hates. Very rude service and a bunch of workers just walking around doing not much of nothing .

Their workers always mess up my orders. I ordered a bagel, they stuffed it with an unneccessary amount of cream cheese and left me with no napkins. Another time I ordered a glazed doughnut and they gave me a plain doughnut. Every time I go there they mess up my orders-- annoyed.

The coffee and service are both great, however, for 2 days in a row they served the a stale muffin. This ruined my morning 2 days in a row. You folks have excellent service, just stop ruining my morning.

Im not a real coffee drinker but I love Tim Hortons iced coffee. Its very addictive so I try not to go that much but this is a great place 4 coffee, Donuts, and breakfasts sandwiches.

This Tim Hortons is located inside a gas station which is a plus in case you need to grab anything else for the road and its always busy which means fresh coffee I highly recommend.
