This is my everyday stop and 9 times out of 10 I have nothing but praise. The staff in the morning is cheerful and always so helpful. BUT for the past week there has not been one single donut, bagel or cookie in the building due to the oven being broken. Not only have I witnessed the staff being verbally abused but also other patrons being rude to each other. If the owner does not deem donuts, bagels & cookies as part of the business then they should close their doors. This is setting a bag example for the Tim Hortons chain. ? Plus you are subjecting your employees to mistreatment. Owning a business is about making money ... how can you make money if you have nothing to sell??

Terrible service every morning now between 530 and 6 AM the line is wrapped around the building and each customer is asked to hold on before they order I know because Ive been paying attention then you get to the window and you see two-three ladies standing there I dont understand why you just cant take orders keep the orders going!!! Not that hard ladies!! even when Im early for work Im late for work lately I will be finding a different location and also contacting corporate. So disappointed because up to recently service was great. Different ladies in the morning now. Perhaps you should get the other ones back!.

This is the worst place for service. I went inside to place an order and NEVER even got asked if they could help me. I waited five minutes. Three employees seen me standing at the counter and TOTALLY ignored me.I even moved to three different spots in front of the counter to get someone to wait on me! They just looked at me like I was stupid. One employee was sitting at a table behind me on the phone and saw me walk in and never even told someone to wait on me. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!!!!! Worst service EVER!!!

I am a regular customer for years and the service is going from good to really bad, the people that work there seems like they forced to do it. I order my coffee and 7 times out of 10 its a big chance my coffee is not going to be right, they seems like they put more attention to the cell phones then the customers, the place is dirty and they seems like dont want to do anything I love coffee but I hate the service.

Nice people and good coffee just wish this location would have a larger selection of bakery items like most others do. i would have gave This restaurant a Excellent in appeal but the tables are to small if i sit my labtop on it it covers the table almost completely then i have to slide another over for my coffee and books

Surprisingly nice place to get that quick morning fix. (Thats a cup of Joe and an apple fritter for me). Would have stayed longer if seats and tables were more comfortable instead of small and hard. This place is now officially on my short list of morning spots for when Im in town.

Good breakfast, young girls that work the counter ....SUCK!!!!! Didnt thank me for my order and handed it to me with ZERO eye contact .....she didnt even look up not at me..lol. I get better service at Burger Kings drive thru.

Never friendly and incredibly slow. This morning at 5:50 a.m. the line for the drive thru was 10 cars. Couldnt go inside because the door was locked, even though they clearly state they open at 5 a.m. on the door.

I purchased 2 med coffees this afternoon, it was stale burned coffee!! Couldnt even drink it, taste like it had triple sugar on top of being old, I will be contacting the store for a refund! I will never go back!

Love this tim Hortons! Always stop before/after/during work. Only been going there for a few months and they treat me better than the tims by my house that Ive went to for 6 years!

By far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. And what sucks is theyre two blocks from my house and I drive to Dearborn for Tim Hortons. And that Timmies is 4 miles from home
