Horrible!!! I went in today to the 135 S. Old Woodward Birmingham,MI 48009 location in downtown Birmingham and ordered a Venti Salted Caramel Frappuccino with soy milk, no whip, all the toppings that come with that drink and caramel drizzle inside the cup. The guy rang me up correctly, but the girl who made my drink made it wrong!!! I stood there and watched her and before she made the first mistake, I caught her and told her to put caramel drizzle in the cup before she poured the drink in the cup. She didnt and put xtra thick caramel that comes with that drink instead. She and four people that work there kept telling me that the company changed the caramel and its a different texture. Meanwhile, Im standing there looking at the correct caramel that I ordered and paid extra for in a bottle sitting on the counter!!! Are they not seeing what Im seeing??? Are the workers idiots??? Yes and yes!!! I explained that Im not stupid and the caramel drizzle that I want in my cup is right there on the counter. The girl who made my drink was rude, nobody there understood what I was talking about and didnt remake my drink. I cant stand stupid people and dont understand how they exist in this world. All in all horrible customer service.

This is an above average Starbucks because the staff is very quick to serve customers. Though sometimes they get a bit backed up and a line forms, it moves fairly quickly compared with similar Starbucks. Docked a star because it gets drafty here in the winter every time the door opens near the seating area.

This location deserves nothing more than average rating. A few surly employees but overall they try their best. Long lines often in morning. Number of on line orders from local businesses can result in long waits. Space is small for number of clients ...as a result can be dirty at times

Get it together! 3 drinks in front of me made wrong...redone. drinks missed...slower than molasses service...if you think the Reserve new up the street is going to make it...better get the operations figured out first. Love having you in Birmingham... service not as expected here.

It is a small Starbucks but very friendly and professional. Yes, people are always sitting outside side and asking for money, however, the community is giving. They are moving soon to a new location so the place will be bigger.

Usually super duper fast. The line does get crazy at certain times though. If you use the starbucks app to get stars and whatnot.. use it to order and you can skip the entire line. Clean, friendly staff. Great stsrbucks.

The baristas are friendly, interesting clientele. I dont want this to sound facetious, but its awesome that they allow homeless people a warm place to stay warm on these bitter cold mornings

Friendly staff and theres always a good selection of donuts and sandwiches. Usually is a very busy place, if youre in a rush I advise you go elsewhere
