I am a Starbucks regular and I have to say that this particular location has gone downhill, at least in regards to drive-thru service. It has always been slower in relation to service than other locations that I frequent. So being stuck in the tunnel drive-thru, when there is a significant wait, can be at a minimum, an annoying trap . If it is slow, youre stuck. If you pull up to order and they have run out of something, youre stuck in the tunnel for... nothing. Both of these happen to me more often than acceptable. In the past, staff members were extremely polite, friendly, and went out of the way to redeem any negative experiences, including delays. Not so much now. Some of the newer staff members dont seem to want to provide a positive experience to compensate for when things go wrong (timing, availability, inconvenience, etc). One staff member was even so rude as to totally disengage when I wanted to address the current unavailability of White Chocolate Mocha syrup that I was stuck in the tunnel waiting for. Instead of offering alternative suggestions, a coupon for compensation, or even "I am sorry, that we... ", this staff member rolled her eyes and turned her back on me, leaving it up to a coworker to apologize to me for the unavailability of the syrup and her behavior. I cant and wont go so far as to say that all of the new staff members are bad, a couple have been consistently great. The problem with this location is really about the lack of consistent quality service, the too frequent negative experiences, the bad apples, and the bad taste that they have left. In regards to the drive-thru at this location, some things need to improve, until then, I am going a little out of my way and will be driving to the Allen Park location.

The place itself is really nice, and I like it. This review is directed to the bad telephone service. Heather (the managaer) and one of the barista employees seem to not know how to speak on a phone with a prospective client or employee. I was put on hold, but instead of hearing the dial tone or elevator music :P I can hear people making their orders and chatting it up. The lady get s the manager eventually and tells her "I dont know who this is, or what they want, but they want to speak to you. Theyre on the phone right now"....even though I clearly said I wanted to speak to Management in regards to my application. Now, people like that should NOT have jobs in this economy if they cant be professional. After I finally get to them, she goes "Well, Im not hiring, so thats why I havent been looking ast applications..." I never asked about her agenda. I just wanted to follow up, just in case. Then she briskly tried to hang up, but I got the last on in and shut her out. I hate to do this, but my time is important, I dont have time to deal with this type of service while Im tactfully and constantly looking for work.

I was waiting for this Smoked Butterscotch drink to be back in menu. With the all the joy and happiness I drove to this store to get one for me and my friend. The way the person who was making the coffee was so bad that she showed her attitude on making the drink. She was so careless that she was not aware of what she is doing. The drink was awful (tasted nothing other than caramel mocha) and it was not the same which I tasted back in Texas. I know its the attitude of the coffee maker account here and she put it up the way she did. I never had this type of experience in any of Starbucks. I went here just because it is near to my office and I never will.

Parking can be annoying to find here, especially when you just wanna run in really quick for a coffee and not hang out. The service here also regularly is less than ideal. The baristas everytime I have been have seemed inconvenienced by having to serve me because they wanted to continue a conversation with each other and/or one of their friends/a previous customer.

This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. The only negative thing is the parking which is more of a West Dearborn issue since this is the only free parking lot in the vicinity. I have seen many times where people illegally park here for the free parking

The Wi-Fi doesnt connect!!!!!! And the place so crowded and some people taking two tables for themselves!!! , the Baristas are aggressive and when bringing the food or the drink wouldnt say ( bla bla) just through the driNK OMG!!!!!!

Nice ladies there but for cripes sake, I have to SHOUT EVERYTHING I SAY IN THERE! AND THEY SHOUT AT EACH OTHER AND AT THE CUSTOMERS! Its not their fault. The ceiling design and the music makes conversation difficult at best.

The offerings are consistent at all starbucks. I enjoy the iced coffee and they make it exactly how i like it. The drive thru is a little different as this location use to be a car wash but its not a bad thing.

One of the nicest Starbucks locations because of its great outdoor seating. Great place to chill in those summer evenings, or walk around the tree-lined streets and see the small shops in the neighborhood.

I was quite impressed with this location. The staff is friendly and brings out orders promptly. The interior is also very neat and clean with sufficient place to work and plug in.

Great location. Staff was friendly, inside was clean, drink was made well. The parking lot is unfortunately busy, but there are a lot of tables to sit outside on a nice day.

For a place thats always pretty busy they get you in and out very quick the staff is always very friendly
