First, the average "good" fast food spots typically have a rating above 3... I encourage everyone to rate fairly when you receive good or bad service.... That means stop giving skewed reviews... 5 stars?? Leave 5 stars for some seriously good places... reviews that state "i used to go here" that have 5 stars attached??? Stop raping googles review money by giving useless reviews... if youre going to contribute to googles ratings, give details... not "its a canadian coffe place with good donuts" and boom slap 5 stars on it... come on.. stop muddling the waters... then I encourage everyone to actively look up businesses before frequenting them, and go to the ones with better ratings... even if you have to go an extra two miles to give a different Timmy HoHos (or whichever ff place) your money... Was the only customer in Drive thru and was asked to pull forward to wait... ok... upon receiving order, drink had ice when requested without... no big deal... upon checking bag, was missing chips from my combo... My girlfriends Mac and Cheese was definitly scraped from the bottom or edges judging from that burnt sludge you all are aware of when burnt... employee already gone and Im a lazy paraplegic who used the drive through so i didnt have to get out to begin with... not waiting in drive through again now with a line... Ill just write a review... all this after the woman taking my order was a less than good representative for Tim Hortons... personality.. just a little... might help that 15 dollar an hour cause..

Every time I go to this particular Timmys, I order the same thing EVERY time... Triple Triple and a PLAIN BAGEL, NOT CUT, NOT TOASTED... JUST PLAIN with cream cheese on the side... I ALWAYS check now... and its ALWAYS cut.. every timeeeeee.... today was just like any other... they give me a plain bagel cut.. I hand it back to them... take the "new" bagel and drive to work.... When I get to work ready to eat this very plain Jane bagel I love... GUESS WHAT!?!? CUT BAGEL!!! I am quite sure its actually the same CUT bagel they originally tried to give me.. Like it is THAT hard to grab a plain bagel off the shelf and put it in a bag... I called the location and thankfully the person who answered said he will "talk" to "them" and I made sure I was able to get my PLAIN BAGEL replaced! ;) I wont stop going here though .... its right next door basically from where I work -_- the pain of convenience :P

This by far is the WORST Tim hortons that I have visited!! Im so irritated because this is the third time Ive been there and the service is horrible!!!! The workers really give fast food a bad name. They are lazy in my opinion and work EXTREMELY slow! The line was through the door this morning and they still were moving slow like there wasnt anyone waiting in line. I WILL not be visiting this location EVER again. Id rather go to McDonalds and I dont even eat McDonalds!!!

Great coffee, fair prices. But one thing I dont understand, why is WiFi is been down for weeks?? America lives on internet. I ask them in regard, there answer was very cold & its not there fault. Okay, DO SOMETHING about !! They also need to start learning how to greet customers with great smile :) & make them feel WELCOME!! Not as just "next customer".

I love Tim Hortons but this one is the worst. I have given them too many chances here. Coffee tastes burnt, greek yogurt is never enough, cmon how hard is it to fill these cups? I got an attitude when I asked for another. My order has been screwed up too many times. Oh, they wanted to charge extra for flavor shots too?

Horrible. They mess up our order everytime. I pay extra for all of my coffees to have espresso and hazelnut shots and they always forget it. They have never made my coffee correctly. And you get attitudes with your coffee. When you tell them they messed up they say no. When I have coffee everyday I know.

Very fast service! Dont let the long drive thru line deter you, you wont be waiting long. They usually have all available options for donuts, muffins, etc. Only seen a lot of mistakes or long service when someone is in training. I would recommend help during those training times.

Sadly this Tim Hortons location lacks. Though the service is fast and friendly for the most part. I was not happy to find my hash brown cold, soggy and just tossed into my bag, in nothing, just in the bag. Ill just stick to going to the one on Rochester Rd.

long wait in the drive thru this morning ending with a sniffling, sneezing, coughing woman handing me a large mocha iced capp that I wasnt about to drink. food service employees are supposed to be sent home when sick!!!!

Convenient since there are not many breakfast drive through places nearby besides the fast food chains. That said they dont have salt bagels (pretzel bagels dont count) so I have to deduct 2 stars.

I dont know how Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts can survive within a couple mile radius of Tim Hortons. Superior coffee and their donuts make DD donuts seem like they scraped out of a dumpster.

Service is bad. Stood there 5 minutes this morning with no acknowledgment. They have previously been slow, and also messed up orders. Id rather pay more at Starbucks and get it right.

Always quick service in the morning! The drive thru moves quickly. Not overly friendly staff, but you dont spend much time there anyway, so its not a huge deal.

Used to stop here 2 or 3 times a week on the way to work. Drive thru is always incredibly fast, better than any Sterling Heights Tim Hortons Ive frequented.

Fat snagatooth lady at the window was extremely rude, and crossaint was luke warm like it had been sitting. I would advise going to the one up the road.
