My wife called this location to see if they have the Pumpkin Spice Latte available yet (because we look forward to them coming out every fall) and they said they had them in and had been serving them all weekend even though they didnt officially launch until tomorrow. So I hurried up and jumped in the car and ran over there only to be told by a girl with a snotty attitude in the drive thru that they arent serving them until tomorrow. I explained to her that my wife had called there and spoke with someone who said that they were serving them. She got a attitude again and said Ill just have to ask my manager about that. Then she says he said no! I drove right up the road to the Starbucks at Big Beaver and Crooks, walked in and within a few minutes walked out with two grande Pumpkin Spice Lattes. I will never return to the location at 15 Mile and Crooks to be treated like that, not when I can drive less than a mile right up the same road and get good service.

Worst experience... ordered a holiday flat white, tasted terrible (foamed/watered down espresso) so I ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha instead which contained no peppermint or mocha. Tasted like solely whipped cream. The girl making my drink seemed annoyed that I asked for a different drink since I didnt like the first one even though I paid over $6 for a coffee and expect it to be made right. Frustrated so I left the crooks and rochester Rd location and I took it into a different Starbucks location (Rochester rd and south Blvd) where the barista there was very pleasant and remade it. Tasted great there! I would not recommend the crooks location.

This location is probably the slowest I have ever been to. I have gone in two times, both times with having an hour lunch and leaving 15 to 20 minutes after standing in line. Today they had a new girl training on the register and I walked in with no line ahead of me and they had 5 other people working besides the new girl and no one was watching her while she was talking an order. My previous experience there was when I went in and ordered a smoothie and they told me they couldnt make it because they didnt have a blender and the back up on was broken.... this was after they took my order.

I stop here about once a week because it is on my way to my Friday work. Everytime there is a line and Barristas dont seem to care. There is always something going on between them. The lady who I think is a manager never smiles, looks grumpy... so I assume she is the problem. Some are friendly but overall this starbucks does not compare to others I frequent.

The baristas at this Starbucks are obnoxious. They are loud and rude, and seem to think I am here to listen to their ridiculous conversations behind the bar. They make the atmosphere unbearable to tolerate and the worst place to study or meet a friend. The unintelligible noise that comes from the staff makes me want stick pens in my ears until they bleed.

One of the best locations! I will go out of my way to get my coffee here. Not a very big location but I never have a problem if I need to sit and have a chat with someone or vet a little work done on the laptop.

Toady Feb25th at 8am i just order a coffee and i gave 20usd and the barista gave me back the change from 10usd. After asking her she insisted that i gave 10usd. It s incredible. Very unpolite and disapointing.

Great Starbucks! Baristas are always a dream to talk to and they are so nice! One Barista, I think his name is Spencer is so funny and nice, which makes this place an awesome place. I also think he is hot.
