These other reviewers amaze me. How misled I was. I love Thai food, but I must say the food here is terrible... there is no other word for it. Went with 6 other people and ordered 10 dishes to share... the Pad Thai was mediocre and the rest terrible... no flavor, the lowest quality "out of the can" curry paste used in dishes, not a hint of lemon grass or kaffir lime... coconut milk tastes like skim milk..and most likely was, wow... even the Thai food I had in a Mexican shopping mall i Guadalajara was better. Easy parking, portions are large, meats are fresh but this is fast food at its worst. The diner ambiance and slow service does not help. Staff friendly and lots of food thats the best I can say. Will never return. Avoid if at all possible.,

This is by far the WORSE serive there is!!! Everyone who works there are very RUDE!!! They rushed you to order, and they are not flexible to the customers requests. If you go there with a large group of people, they will automatically give themself more than the usual 15% gratuity. The food was horrible, the chicken was thow out, and it was nasty! AVOID going there at all caused!!!! Thai Inn 2 miles South on Rochester Rd is a MUCH BETTER place , service takes a little longer, because they actually cook it, and they are GREAT!!!!!!!

We ordered take out dinner, and the food was very good but the service was poor. We went to the restaurant 20 minutes after placing our order as instructed, but when we showed up our food was not ready yet. The hostess went to a table with 2 cooks sitting at it and asked if the order was completed, and it turns out they hadnt even started cooking it yet. One of the cooks stood and looked towards where we were standing then went into the kitchen to make our order. It felt like we were an inconvenience.

I am on day t h r e e of food poisoning from this horrid place. My husband brought us lunch from here and right when we started eating, the food looked old. My chicken was burnt in my pad Thai, and was full of chunks of egg. It tasted really off, and Ive gotten the same thing from this place before so I know how it usually tastes. My husband had issues for a day, and since I ate more of my food, its now been 3 days and I cant leave my house without a bathroom nearby. Never again.

Service was good, but the food was terrible. Ordered chicken vegetable curry and duck curry - chicken tasted old and soured. Duck was poorly butchered, with pieces of bone in almost every bite, and tasted old Some vegetables were crisp and good, others mushy and limp. Their cooks either need training or replacement. Wont be coming back.

This resteraunt is my all time favorite. Their meals are a little pricy, but you get a lot of food. The chips are delicious, and after you order your food will be delivered to your table within four minutes, very fast service. Food can be as spicy as you want it to be. I recommend their Pad Kow Pode, Pad Pak, and Pad Thai.

Customer service was good, hot and sour soup was thick and overdone, the spring roll was greasy, I ordered the Pad Se-ew with chicken and mild, the noodles were kind of starchy and sticky, broccoli was not fresh and had a hint of yellow to it. Did not finish my entree just left it. Sorry but will not be going back.

Fantastic, authentic thai food! The best thai food i have ever had! I keep coming back. I have never been disappointed. The hot and hot+ are really freaking hot so be careful! I often split one dish between 2 people, they give you a lot of food! Very reasonably priced. The Pad Thai is to die for!

I live in NC , but when ever i visit my family here in Auburn Hills, I make it a point to dine here. I have read other reviews about the poor service, but may be they have mended their ways. Serving sizes are huge and I just absolutely love the taste, great THAI food period.

Food was fairly good however we had reservations and service was slow. We were a party of four and there was only one couple in there besides us. The place needs major updating and had a musty smell. I would not go back there because of the odor. Prices were rather high.

I went with my grandma for lunch, and fell in love with the atmosphere. the building was very cute, and the food was A1. The service was just fine, so I dont know what the other people giving reviews are talking about. in the end, I would go there again, two thumbs up.

One of THE WORST THAI restuarant I have ever been. Ordered veggie dishes, but had chicken pieces. Very very poor service, fried appetizer was very soft and smelt as though it was old. No ambience at all....not all suitable to Rochester downtown by any measure.

It was okay at best but nothing I would ever crave. I still think the best Thai food around is Sy Thai in downtown Birmingham. I probably wont go back to this place again and will continue to try other places out to find better Thai food in this area.

Had some pad ped it was so salty i avoided letting my rice soak up any of the sauce! The server 0002 that waited on us was very polite and checked on us often. 1st time but wont ever go back.

The food at bangkok rocks, especially the garlic chicken. The spicyness is frickin hot tho, be careful with even medium. I would bet that most of the negative reviews are from their competition.

I enjoyed this restaurant. 1. Plenty of food, Enough to split between 2 people. 2. Sauce was flavorful (i tried the Bangkok chicken) 3. Spring rolls are amazing 4. Customer service is great.

I was so excited to find gluten free Thai food! The food was excellent, the portions were generous and the service is friendly. Definitely try the crispy veggie rolls!! Wonderful!

Great fare (particularly if you enjoy spicy food!). Particularly friendly service as well. Portions were very generous. Atmosphere is very relaxed. In all, a very good eatery.

Building could use a remodel inside & out. Bathrooms are not that clean. Best for carryout. Their Pad Thai is very good. Gang Garuee is mediocre.
