I go here often. I work nearby and in good weather i walk here for lunch. Their customer service is horrible. at best it is blah. the last time i ordered the girl behind the counter HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT and gave the wrong order. this time i ordered a malt milkshake for myself and a sundae for my daughter. i ordered half oreo and half choc chip cookie dough. and she actually asked if i wanted two scoops then?duh and also, when did they stop giving whipped cream on their ice cream sundaes and milkshakes? i SPECIFICALLY asked for whipped cream the last time and they didnt give it, AND they didnt this time too (as well as the other times ive visited the store in the past, except once). no rhyme or reason to this. also i visited the website for them and it said "hey ask about our gluten free options). i did and the lady said NO they dont have gluten free ice cream. i checked online and they gave a list and said the flavors on the list were not special made, they just come gluten free. I dont blame the lady for this, she shouldve been trained better. i would recommend passing this by, i know i will be looking for another place to spend my lunch time/money.

RUDE Service from a guy named Raj. Had a bad attitude and had no idea what he was doing. Kept mixing the prices on cakes. Did not even hand over any credit card since the guy was so sketchy and demanding I was the wrong one when prices are right in front of his face. Made no attempt to be nice. Ruined my great day. No manager on duty either! Are you kidding me? Absolutely unacceptable. Do not go here.

I DO NOT want to see a young man ass when he turn around to make my ice cream sundae! Im just saying! The store is being remodel on the inside, so we had to drive thru. The young man took my order he turns around and all I see is his underwear. U need to remodel your employees! ASAP!!!! An how the store run out of whip, nuts and old fashion butter pecan. I felt like this store did not have nothing.

They close early even though they advertise 24 hours. I called them sitting in the drive thru, no answer. Knocked at the window, no answer. & went to the front door where the flashing "open" sign was still on. False advisement. Also when they do help, they mess your order up completely and take forever to make one drink.

Tried going through the drive through. They dont list the flavors on the board. We asked if they had Mackinaw Island fudge or moose tracks and received a very rude, "No." No suggestion of a similar flavor, no apology. We left without buying anything.

It was late we were looking for something great and sweet and the customer service was great and the even discounted of price so we could get donuts cuz we have very little cash at the time. Go visit and get some great sweets!

Worst experience ever..... ive never heard someone say... "We are out" so many times. How does a baskin robbins not have hot fudge, or whipped cream. Absolutely worst place. Never coming back.

Bad reviews nearly scared is away but we had a great experience. All the flavors and toppings were available. We came in the afternoon. Posted hours are 6am till 10pm.

All the BR/DD around this area are very poorly run. Takes 20min to get a milkshake. Closes early even though it says 24 hrs.
