If you like mix-ins, make sure you dont have the manager prepare your ice cream. He is very stingy with the amount of mix-ins you get added to your ice cream, but will charge you FULL PRICE for it. Instead of getting a full spoonful of a mix-in, youll get just the tip of a spoons worth. Its not worth it - just wait for one of the other employees who wont stiff you on the added ingredients. Or better yet, just go to another cold stone location. By the way, he talks down about his staff to whomever will listen - while his staff is there working! Not professional at all.

not nearly as many flavors as other locations, the two ladies working there were kind of rude. and they would go refill chocolate because the day was almost over. while there was still 2 hours until closing time

The manager RJ is so great — he knows our whole family and asks about my siblings when theyre not with me. The wait can get a little long during peak hours, but other than that, a great Cold Stone location.

I was greeted when I first walked in which was nice but my ice cream experience was very under whelming. I didnt realize I had a small scoop of ice cream inside my "love it" cup until I was halfway home.

Very delicious and creamy ice creams. Its sweetness is moderate. I highly recommend their delicious waffles. Cheerful, young and diverse staffs but they always forget to put my ice cream in a waffle bowl

Good selection of flavors. Order ahead if you are looking to get a birthday specials. You will have less options if you show up directly at this place. Staff is friendly and helpful.
