I have never felt more insulated then I did today at my visit at the West Bloomfield baskin robbins. The guy literally made me feel so uncomfortable I left the store in tears. I spent $20 and wanted to order more but he made me feel as if I was irritating him by ordering he was so sarcastic and rude I will never ever go back to this

you have to order 3 scoops to get 1.5 scoops .. to expensive and the man behind the counter ( manager / owner ) penny pinches which is really frustrating ... I go out of my way to not go there Almost $8.00 for 3 SMALL scoops .. comon !

I go to Baskin Robbins West Bloomfield all the time. This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the ice cream is great! It is so much fun to go there and I cant wait to come back.

This franchise overcharges for all of their products. Youll get the same ice cream as any other Baskin Robbins but youll pay about 40% more. Um rip off...
