My husband has refused to go back because we made a trip up here a couple of years back and waited 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker. We were acknowledged, we ordered, then we heard nothing. As we drove past the window, we could clwarly see the employees laughing and not even paying attention to us. I came back a year later and was treated like an inconvenience. The ice cream was good, but the customer service sucks.

I ordered a cake online and it looks nothing like its supposed to. Then, the baker added her own personal design on it. I did not put an exclamation point at the end of my message, plus much more missing colors, & professionalism. Better to go in and order than online at this location.

Pre-ordered and paid online. Store did not have cake ready and claimed they had no knowledge of order even though I had a confirmation. Tried to imply it was my mistake. Never going there again.

Online it said they were open 24hrs but that is just the drivethrough. the inside is only open until 10pm. Nice staff. Quality service.
