The worst pub experience of my life!!!! I am a 33 year old woman, after working a 10 hour shift I went in there to meet my fiance for a drink and bite to eat. I was astounded by the incompetence of the staff. I recently moved from Indiana, and of course, have a valid license. Actually to top it off, I just had my 33rd birthday this past Friday. My fiance was already there and had a drink in front of him when I arrived. I ordered my drink and they carded me, all normal, then said they had to verify my license because it was out of state. OK, no problem. Well low and behold not even a min later I was refused service. Why??? Because I was from out of state. The manager came out and said that because they might have a "sting", which means excise may be coming around, they cant serve me alcohol. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I asked what do you mean. He proceeded to try and BS his way out of an explanation, which made no sense. His defence was he couldnt verify my license. When asked how he could "verify" my fiances Michigan license his reply was....I know what they look like. How is that even an answer?? I will NEVER be going back, nor will anyone I know. Took our business to Bdubs....spent $100. So thanks for the "everyone is a regular" vibe Hamlins pub!

Had a 12.00 steak salad. The steak must have neen cooked sometime long before it came to me. Perhapse it was previously frozen or something!! Was chewy and flavorless. It was not at all what I expected. Not a favored place with so many others around to choose from. Waitress wasnt thrilled to be there and it showed.

Hamlin Pub Chesterfield has great pizza, friendly wait staff, and awesome atmosphere! They are also very generous and support Relay For Life of Chesterfield by allowing us to host fundraisers there and recently participating in our Pizza Palooza! Great to have in our community!

Ate pizza which was ok...adequate. The bartender informed me it was half off pizza day, so that was greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with the service and while the pizza wasnt spectacular, I would definitely get it again for half price.

Good service. Nobody hovers but theyre around when you need something. Food and drinks are good. The music is too loud which makes it hard too chat but the onion rings and fries are probably the best Ive ever had!

Very overpriced. I paid $11.00 for a hamburger. I did not order fries but it arrived with fries and was u-charged another 1.49. An 11 dollar hamburger should come with fries and a salad too.

Tried to sit out on the patio. Too bad the staff was sitting out there smoking even with the no smoking signed posted. Highly dissapointing. I really liked this place☹️

Pizza is pretty good when its fresh. Dont waste time with saving for later. Not very good next day. Wait staff is very nice and its got a good feel to the place.

Love the place, but today the bar area smelled worse than local hole in the wall bar. Please clean the bar area so that it doesnt smell like week old spilt beer.
