We went for lunch. The lunch special is an amazing deal: $6 for a full size sandwich and soup. I got a delicious tilapia Po boy with a side of their clam chowder. The chowder was good, but not great, while the Po boy on Ciabatta was absolutely delicious. The sauce stood up to many that Ive had in New Orleans. Highly recommended. Service was friendly, if not always available. (She said they were busier than normal, but the restaurant was half full.) Historically, the location used to be a dime store that was eventually converted into the successful Pub it is today. The decor makes this apparent by the brick walls and exposed roof. Cool during the day, and probably enjoyable at night. Highly recommended.

Food was good!!! Waited 6 minutes after being seated to meet our server. We order 2 appetizers that took 24 minutes. And tables that were sat AFTER us, had ordered the SAME appetizers and theirs Came out first, like 10 minutes before ours. The food took an hour, and our server was less than apologetic, blaming the kitchen and shift change. The manager came over, didnt even try to discuss why we would be upset, after being informed BY OUR SERVER, why we were upset, and just asked if we would like refills. Service was slow and crappy... food was good, next time we will try a different location...

We walked in the door and waited 10 minutes just to get seated, we felt ignored and that the staff didnt care about us. we finally put our orders in and here I sit 30 minutes later still with no food, I dont think a fish sandwich takes 30 minutes to prepare, my wait would probably be shorter at Olive garden on a Friday night. (Update): We have been waiting now for 50 minutes in this fishy joint, I hate to say it, but I believe the manager has no skill whatsoever in managing this sub-par eatery. I hope someone of higher authority views this review to take care of the problem.

Terrible service from waitress and manager boyfriend... Didnt get my change, was put out by manager etc.... not a family friendly place considering me and my 8 year old was cursed at and threatened by management told by gm we shouldnt have gotten involved in a inner kitchen dispute, very unprofessional ask around the board... Upper management still has yet to replace my orders or even send us out receipt that we were denied

Would be 2 stars but the staff are pretty awesome. The food is alright. Nothing amazing. I paid $6.25 for a pint of Smithwicks and $14.00 for 2 pieces of fish that were average, some green beans that were decent actually, and a small plastic sauce cup of mediocre coleslaw. I would not bother going back, there are far too many other great resteraunts in Columbus at that price range to bother. Sorry Ol Bag, you lost me.

I have had some great meals here, and the smell coming from it at times in the day is intoxicating. The service is adiquate, and they are fairly fast for a sit down restaurant. The last time I went, though, I did order a beer that I wasnt familiar with, and it turned out to be non-alchoholic. It wasnt marked as such. It wasnt bad, but I do believe they should ad some details to their beer menu.

Just ate there and have the worst stomach ache. My husband got sick out of both ends. My 2.5 year old daughter three up in her mouth and had been passing gas all evening. We had a couple appetizers. My husband got the wings. I got the mini cheese burgers. Everything was just eh ok. Our waitress was super nice but damn that food sucks.

Great Décor all around and food quality you would expect at a bar/restaurant. Gets very busy at happy hour, do not expect to find a seat or be able to even squeeze your way to the bar and good luck getting a drink at that point. Great selection of drinks. Downside, theres no patio. No place to take you drink outside or to smoke.

Twice ordered fish. Sent back twice because it was undercooked. Vowed not to return but had to return with 12 others. Four of those orders came to the table wrong. The rest of the meals were not very satisfying. Id asked each guest their opinion just to be sure. Embarrassing because some of these folks were from out of town

From the moment we walked in, our service was excellent. Seated immediately and our server greeted us within a minute or so. She was very attentive. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and it was hot. We all got fish and chips and it was delicious! Eagerly anticipating another visit!

Stopped in for a glass of wine to check out the Indians score ... had fried pickles... awesomely delicious !!! We had the spears ... then the bartender said u can also order them in chip form .. will give those a whirl next time ... parking can be a challenge at this location.

It is average; really turned me off when they advertise domestic beer happy hour and the menu has a list explicitly laying out the domestic beer, yet half of them arent considered happy hour domestic beers. You are never informed of it until you get your bill.

Great food, great service. Walked in after my daughters softball game at 7pm. To my surprise, they were packed. But sat down quickly, food came just as fast and we left. Excellent experience. Our waitress was the best. She was completely on top of everything.

The staff is awesome!! The food is delicious, who doesnt love their fish and chips!? And, the beer is cold :) We had a family members rehearsal dinner in the room upstairs, and it exceeded all expectations. Everyone was very accommodating, and patient.

Best "English Pub" in America...and I have been to plenty ! Beer selection is awesome and rotates, so get in often to see the new ones. And this Fish Chips is the best you will ever have ! Freshly battered, and fried to perfection. Enjoy !

This is probably the best fish and chips Ive had in years. Cole slaw was good, too. Why this is different from others, I do not know. The atmosphere maybe had something to do with it. But I can definitely say I loved it and would go back.

The food is excellent, although our waitresses have been extremely slow and very dull attitudes. This place would be great if the wotkers actually put a smile on their face and didnt take almost 20 minutes just to check us out.

Worst service Ive experienced. Our ketchup cup melted because it sat under a heat lamp for so long. Food was cold. Probably would have been good if warm. Plenty of servers. They just werent working. Never returning.

My favorite is their all you can eat Fish & Chips, but also enjoy their unlimited soup and salad deal. Ambiance is great as well.
