Worst experience ever. This location is the WORST BWW OUT THERE!! After going there today, I made a promise: I WILL NEVER VISIT A BWW AGAIN. Every other one I went to had very poor service too. The service sucks and the food is so overpriced you could eat crab legs and lobster tails for about the same money. Instead, you get cold nasty chicken pieces smothered in flavored sauce so it has some taste! $5 for fries for gods sake. Took 30 minutes to get an appetizer, chips and salsa by the way. Think the first waitress was on pills. The lady that brought our food barely fit between the aisle. Our second waitress who took over had the personality of a pea. Getting a refill was like pulling teeth. Lined all the empty cups up at the end of the table so the waitress would bring a refill but she walked by three times looking at them dumbfounded. Never asked how the food was. Never asked if we need napkins or anything. Took an hour to finally get the food. Unbelievable how this place stays in business. If I was the manager, things would surely change. At the end, took forever to get the bill. All while there were7 full tables and about 25 empty ones. Will take my business elsewhere from now on. Seriously, you can get a gourmet meal for the same money.

I cannot begin to describe my dissatisfaction in this location. I am a frequent Buffalo Wild Wings goer and this has been the biggest disappoint of my life. I gladly joined the new rewards program only to find when I went to log to back it would not work. I conceded then proceeded to order my meal. All I wanted in this life was a snack size boneless wing with 2 flavors. But no. You can only get 2 flavors with a small size. This is not how I am treated at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Then my waitress Erica, although she was a very nice and peppy girl, had the audacity to say could only get 1 ranch or 1 carrot for free with our meal. What if I wanted to double dip? What happened to good customer service ?! I dont think the one ranch would suffice for both the 12 Wings I was forced to order, in order to get 2 flavors, and the carrots. Its gets worse. My food comes out and the flavors are not evenly split. 4 honey barbecue and 8 mild. This is ridiculous. All and all Ive never been more disgusted by such horrible service. I will never be giving my business back to this location.

While I do love Buffalo Wild Wings in general, I do have to say that I was not pleased with the service of this particular location. I went there the other night, it was a Friday and did seem fairly busy, and gor ignored for several minutes while waiting to be sat at a table. Employees kept walking by me and my friends while we stood up front waiting to be greeted and we couldnt even get so much as a smile or a nod or anything. All it would have taken was a little acknowledgement from them to let us know that they were working on getting us seated, maybe they just needed some time to get a table ready or whatever, but we got nothing. After waiting for several minutes and being ignored the whole time, we just decided to leave.

My first time at this location. Got seated quickly even though it was a busy night because of the Michigan State football game. On par with the rest of the B Dubs Ive been to the wings came quickly shortly after ordering and there were no problems with our orders. All staff were friendly. Our server didnt hesitant to put a sports game we requested on a TV near us. Plenty of TVs on the walls so youll be able to see the games no matter where youre sitting. It was a very pleasant dining experience.

Good experience even after i spilled water all over myself they were there to help clean me up. The blueberry mint lemonade is insanely delicious and addictive. The wings were cooked just how i like it. The Asian zing is probably my favorite sauce, a little sweet and a little spicy. The blue moon bbq sauce is seasonal but also pretty good. In term of apps, i love the fried pickles. On top of that theres sports so its a great place.

I will never visit this restaurant again on 15 and Utica!!!! The store manager got confrontational with me and my friends. I am a 35 yr old man that was treated like a little boy! I would highly recommend that anyone who likes to be serviced with respect should never visit this establishment!!!!! The store manager was rude and put his finger in my face!!!!!

This BWW has the worst staff. I live near this location so if I want wings...this is the spot. This location serves old, dry wings with fresh sauce on top to hide the nastiness. When I asked for my wings to be re-made they argued with me and then took 15 minutes to refund me. Im never going to this location again. Every visit is exhausting! asked

They have the nerve to charge 25 dollars for the large chicken and be stingy with the sauce that was about only half covered. Than when I asked for more sauce the girl comes back and quickly open and close the box before I even can really look. They act like the sauce is coming out of there pockets!!! The last time I will be visiting this bdubs.

I order here after work a few times a month. The food quality keeps going down and it is a bit pricy for what you get. They barely put any sauce on wraps or wings. The price they charge for fries is outrageous. And they are crappy fries! Id rather spend my money somewhere else from now on. I wont order here again.

Really great food, but there getting to over priced for there wings they keep going up. And if you love ranch with your wings try paying 30 cents or more for a little cup of ranch. If your going there to get wings trust me you can get them cheaper somewhere else. Also a great place to go watch the games

We went in last night to eat after I got out of my flght. they were closing the kitchen in like 5 minutes but they still sat us and greeted us kindly, Im in the food/hospitality industry too but I would like to thank the staff last night for accommodating us. Thank you again and the service was great.

Place seemed slow due to construction but still too twice what they told me it would to get a carry out.I was at work and just picked up lunch to go.Got to my next stop to find no silverware.On my way out named my wrist on the locked door heading out.Why have 2 doors and only unlock one?

there prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. also they keep giving me less wings then I order. never more then I ordered. can only assume its on purpose. Ill get my chicken wings somewhere else from now on. good riddens bww.
