HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! MESSED UP MY ORDER BIG TIME AND WORKER WAS VERY RUDE. THAT PART NOT A BIG DEAL I TRIED TO CALL STORE AND WAS HUNG UP ON. THEN CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE JULY 14 AND HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. CALLED LAST WEEK OVER A MONTH AFTER IT HAPPENED AND THEY SAID WE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU ASAP, I HAVE CALLED BACK TWICE SINCE AND KEEP JUST BEING TOLD WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE CAN!!!!!!!!! MIND YOU I HAVENT YELLED AT THEM ONLY BEEN NICE SO FAR BUT REALLY GETTING OLD.

Horrible customer service. Stood in line for at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, just to be cut in line by two ladies who literally just walked in the door. When i spoke up about it, the cashier who i watched scoop the previous guests ice cream pointed to the only African American employee and said that she would have to help me, and proceeded to sell the two Caucasian ladies a cake.

the food is good but the tables are consistently dirty or uncleared. have mentioned this to the manager and owner in the past to no avail. today 9-13-11 only two tables were cleared. i mentioned that and the help just kind of ignored it while we were there. too bad no one cares.
