The staff here is always super friendly and the environment is nice. There are mostly always places to sit but its never completely empty. I believe Ive met the owner once and he was just as friendly as the staff. Only complaint is that their playlist can make it difficult to use the space to work without headphones because its generally upbeat and makes me want to dance rather than be productive.

Biggby in general is great, but the folks that work here are awesome! Theyre super friendly and welcoming, always say hi and check to see how were doing, and always get us our drinks/bragels in a timely fashion. Keep up the good work gals/guys! My housemates and I will always consider you our favorite Biggby location!

I absolutely love this location. Its right across from my job but I will go all out of my way to come to this particular one. Never a long wait, always consistent, and very very kind employees. Youd slip up and call them your friends - because thats exactly how they make you feel.

The fastest Internet WiFi at 50 Meg download speed. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Bill, the owner, is nice and friendly and welcoming too. I wish, though, they had couches in the back. Not much fun people watching if youre sitting at any table!

Nice place with good service. Im partial to Michigan-based businesses and Biggby coffee is just that. They make all the designer coffee drinks that Starbucks does but they arent replicating them, they are doing it their own way.

I love Biggby! Theyre always so friendly here. Great service every time, and the drinks are amazing. I hang out here a lot to work, and this location seems to be a great community meeting place. Buy local! Its a Michigan company!
