My husband and I recently moved to this end of town and decided to try this place, as its closer than our other preferred Chinese restaurants. The woman taking our order on the phone wasnt very polite, sighing when she was taking our order. It could be a cultural difference but other restaurants dont usually behave this way. The food was just okay. The hot and sour soup had more spice than tang, and most places usually have a good balance. We both got different chicken dishes and they were both soggy and greasy. There was absolutely no crunch to the chicken breading. The amount of grease made me feel ill when I was done, and I only ate about 10% of what was in the container. Was it edible? Yes. Would I go there again unless I was really desperate? Probably not.

Absolutely Ridiculous!!! We are fans of Shong Hey off West Rd. Well we decided to go with something closer to us, venture out to see if we could find a new favorite. Called them and asked if they had an online menu, if they delivered, their hours, etc. The man on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. He Got snippy when we asked if they delivered, "NO WE DONT!" Then asked the hours, responded but like it was an inconvenience for him to tell us. Then when we asked if they had an online menu he replies "NO!" and proceeds to hang up on me. Ummmm?! Looks like we will continue to take the drive to Shong Hey! They are super polite, will work with you if you have any questions about their menu and are patient in general. Lesson of the night - Stick with what you know and love. #TheEnd

Went to lunch there to check this place out. Heard it was good. Well not impressed.. dining area was dirt. Floor was very dirty under tables and by walls. Tables not wiped done. The lady who waited on me was so unfriendly. She made me feel unwelcome. Like i was a bother. Never asked if my meal was ok. Never came back to table to check on me, i had to go to counter to ask for a carryout container and my bill...The food was good. But service and cleanliness was aweful. I dought i,ll go back.

Really good Chinese food at Really good prices. As others have mentioned, you also get excellent portion sizes. Our favorites are the Lo Mein, Szechuan Beef, and Sesame Chicken. Also their soups and spring rolls are A+ Cash only so be prepared. Would recommend to anyone for good, take-out Chinese.

The food was only ok. They smash the rice and entree into one container which makes everything soggy. When I ordered I didnt realize they only take cash, it was not mentioned on the phone. There is a sign on the building when you walk in however. But if your not prepared it could be awkward.

Great tasting food all around. Highly suggest going with the house special general Tso over the regular dinner. The sauce is 10 times better. Cash only in this day and age? only other negative is the people are very hard to understand. I mostly just agree with whatever they are saying.

For carry out you better check your order before you leave. The person taking my order misheard my order and my order was completely wrong and when I came back to get my order corrected I was told that I ordered it that way. Rude. Absolutely no customer service skills.

Place was extremely dirty....floor filthy....cobwebs with dirt and who knows what else hanging from them all over the ceiling. ...tables sticky....food wasnt bad....but dont think I will ever go there again. ...I just wonder how dirty the kitchen is??!!

Restaurant accepts CASH ONLY. This is not printed on their menu, they dont tell you when you place your order, and theres no sign on the door. I didnt have enough cash on me which I found very frustrating. Food wasnt bad, but not impressive.

Carry Out was fast. Serving size was large. Im pretty sure my wife, child and I could split the King of sea. So Goood. Hot and sour soup was different than Im used too but I liked it. Egg rolls were perfect to me....CASH ONLY though.

Always excellwnt. I pass several other Chinese places to drive to this place as it is our family favorite for take out Chinese and has been for many years now. We moved from the area but still drive there. Consistent every time we go.

Food is good but cash only. Ordered two meals and an app by phone and they failed to inform me of their policy. Drove all the way there just to cancel my order and I see their sign. I was not happy.

They dont follow the menu thats online. I just received noodleless chow mien. I was not told either rice or noodles. Online says served with noodles, steamed rice and fortune cookie.

General Tso Chicken with the fried rice. I was pleasantly surprised by both the sweetness and spicy bite of the chicken.... The almost smoky flavor of the rice left me wanting more.

Egg rolls are just ok, would give +1* for improvement. Would also give +1* if they take credit cards. Dynasty Inn on Telegraph & West Rd. is much better and worth the drive

Very bland tasting General Tsos and Orange Chicken. Pretty much indistinguishable. Also, its cash only, which is very inconvenient. I wouldnt recommend going there.
