It was once a place with a certain charming character. The food was great for the price, and the decor quaintly matched the moose on the wall. I used to go here with friends and family more often, like a local tavern, or rather, an S. Creek Roadhouse. In recent years I feel the decor has lost its character to follow current trends. It no longer has that nostalgic family dining atmosphere I liked it for, and while the food got better, the prices also got higher. Its harder for me to convince friends to go here, and harder for me to want to convince them despite its proximity to where I live. It stopped being for me, but seems to appeal more to the upper middle class residents of the neighborhoods surrounding it.

Our waitress Izzy was perfect along with the Feta bread appetizer and tomato basil soup. I ordered their new smoked mac n cheese with smoked bacon, chicken, asparagus and red pepper but it didnt resemble any type of mac n cheese one would anticipate or expect. Many noodles, chicken size was plentiful but hardly any flavor or evidence of cheese (!), smoked bacon, and seemed to only have had one piece of asparagus or red pepper. I will be back as they have a wide menu selection and dessert. The live entertainment was very good also especially nice for a Thursday evening meal.

This place is awesome! Weve been waiting to find a joint as good as this. Cozy place close to home that provides great food, outstanding service, live entertainment 4 nights a week! Very few places pull all of those things off well. This is one of them! Fun atmosphere, great value. It was our first time there last week and we all had a fantastic time. Very busy though, recommend getting a reservation. We waited for about a half hour. Love this place, well be back soon

The Wednesday perch special was a hit with my husband. I had my usual which is the chicken twists appetizer. A very generous portion that will help take care of my lunch needs tomorrow. The entertainment can get a little loud and I agree with others who say the normal menu prices are a little bit high. But the food is good and consistent and its good to have it in the neighborhood.

Oh, what happened to this place? Hostess not making eye contact, does not say thank you when leaving.....food took long time and was average at best. I can tell when things have changed and they have changed here. Its been a couple years since Ive been here and not going g back anytime soon. Zero value!

Highly Recommend. I have been here several times, and although, some of the items may not SOUND like they are going to be phenomenal, THEY COME OUT OF THE KITCHEN, AND THEY ARE!! Service is very attentive and pleasant. Again, I recommend this restaurant as one you will enjoy.

Consistently high quality food; nice craft beer selection; hit-or-miss service; occasionally annoying entertainment. We like to stop at this place on our way back to Rochester Hills from playing golf in northern Oakland or Macomb counties.

Very unhappy with this place. The food was tasteless and expensive- about $19 for main dish. My wife got sick after eating fish there and was puking all night afterward. STAY AWAY! Red Lobster is alternative place to go and much better!

GREAT SERVICE!! Thats it. Fast and quick. Very un-happy with the $20 Lobster Mac and chz. Not even a taste of lobster, not even any fake lobster chunks. Some what ok french onion soup. Used to be great. Not anymore.

Went there last night at around 6 pm. Few cars in the lot. Thought we would get good service. Sat for 6 minutes. Got no greeting, no water and no service. Left. They brought the popcorn back, but we never saw it.

Very loud, cant carry on a conversation with anyone. Food is overpriced and not very good. Our filet mignon was dry and tough. Try it every year to see if theyve improved, but always disappointed.

I have no complaints at all. The Lobster Mac and Cheese is the best "pasta" I have ever had, highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back, the food and service was amazing.
