I have been here three times now and I give up. Lets start with the waitress on the first visit she was rude and didnt come to take our order for 10 minutes or so, the food all came at different times over a 30 minute time period and they gave me scrambled eggs with meat that I did not order. They brought me another scrambled eggs about 15 minutes later that were overcooked. On my second visit the waitress situation was the same as the first, I placed my breakfast order same as last time and I got the eggs last when asked for it first and I got the manaeesh without the tea which I asked for together. Not only did I no get them together 45 minutes into my visit when I was done eat I still did not get the tea so I cancelled the order paid and left. On my third and final visit for sure, we walked in sat ourselves did not get menus for 5 minutes and then 10 minutes after getting menus we told the waitress we were ready which she responded to of who is getting this table to the other staff. Waitress came over and she was nice enough so I said to myself Ill give it another chance my specific instructions to her were scrambled eggs first which came first and manaeesh and tea together and 2 plates of fatten. The tea came after and the manaeesh never came in the following 45 minutes. When the waitress was asked how long it takes to make manaeesh twice during that time she responded he is making it now. I took my bill again and left for the last time. Food was mediocre usually cold. Good luck.

Being a person who is of Middle Eastern decent but doesnt look like one, I unfortunately sometimes get treated differently. This is a common problem that I face amongst my culture and it doesnt apply to everyone. Ive been here with my Middle Eastern friends/family whom fit the "image" and the treatment was as if we were guests in there homes compared to when I came here to show my brother the place (who also doesnt look middle eastern due to our multicultural background). This time we didnt get the extra "VIP treatment" which I assumed was a standard for this place with the pickles, the extra garlic sauce, the freshly baked bread, the salad, etc. Instead, we had to literally ask for every little item which took them forever to bring. For example, when I asked for garlic sauce, they brought my brother and I a table spoon of it after 10 minutes of waiting while our food got cold from the luke warm temperature it was brought out as. All of this happenning while we watched the servers giving quality treatment to the other people at their tables whom fit the stereotype. I am not someone to write reviews but on this particular day, I was disappointed and disgusted by the overall visit. Overall, the service was garbage, the food was airplane quality and the atmosphere was just a judgment zone.

Theres definitely some growing pains considering theyre a new business, but this store is officially my number one favorite spot for quality beef. Theyre steak and shish kabobs are the best quality meats Ive ever had. Theyre raw meat is delicious, hummus is good, fattoush and tabouli are great. Theyre fillet mignon is like biting into a stick of butter... Just magical I absolutely love this place and I cant wait to see it grow into one of Dearborns finest.

If youre looking for the best grilled Mediterranean food look no further. This beats grilling at home any day, the food is amazing and the service is excellent. Great value as the price is not much more than what you would pay to buy the meat at a butcher shop and cook it at home. I highly recommend the grilled meat, shish tawook, and kafta. Best hummos Ive ever tasted, and the hummos fatteh is to die for. You must try this place.

I knew this place was different when our waitress asked how we liked our beef/lamb (if youre familiar with mid east restaurants, its almost always well done without asking). Medium rare was my shocked answer. Best Lamb skewers in a restaurant that Ive ever had outside the middle east. Basically its now my default destination for an outing for arabic bbq.

For my first experience, this place was absolutely horrible. The food was decent, BUT THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Me and wife waited almost one hour for our food. The workers were very unprofessional and disrespectful. Also after an hour of waiting the food was cold. I definitely recommend habibs or Al Ameers.

The food is decent but I dont like coming here because its too hectic when its busy. Seriously hire more workers or something!! The service is all over the place but I do like the waitress with the floral scarf. Shes always very helpful and kind to my family. Otherwise Id give it one star!

I like the staff and the service,they are very friendly and nice to us , the food is the best grill i ever had. I dont understand the people who are complaining about long time waiting for food, its grill not fast food to be ready in a couple minutes. (10 stars if i can do)

I ordered a Fatoush grilled chicken salad , got home , no bread on the fatoush so basically was a house salad , asked for pomegranate they add pomegranate juice...... the salad was disgusting ! Rude people too. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Never again , thank you Im disgusted.

Food and service is amazing. Couldnt have had any better service then that but honestly all the ppl that are complaining that they had to wait for there food off course u have to wait bc its called a grill for a reason. Do u want ur food raw or something. Be patient honestly.

The food was great. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Props to their main chef, Hussein i think his name is, he really set up everything perfectly. I would totally recommend going there one day and trying it out.

Worst service ever. Only one good server. Food takes forever and very unorganized. I had to wait for the cashier to make my bill. Serious changes needed. Some of the people in the back are very rude as well. Never coming again.

Nice place for Middle eastern food. We had gone for the Mixed Grill with Hummus and hot Pita Breads. Food was tasty and the quantity was good for 2 people. The Kafta especially was absolutely wonderful.

Nice setting but very unorganized, 7 tables were left messy for over 20 minutes. Didnt have a waiter, had to go tell the cashier our order and to pay. Food was OK, similar to other local restaurants

Ive walked in there with a friend and sat down for 25 minutes. Not a single person asked us a single question. They have two girls working there like its a garage party. Absolutely unprofessional.
