Im giving one star because I cant give less. Myself and 6 other coworkers came in at 11 to celebrate a promotion. We ordered our food at 11:20 but did not receive our food until over an hour later at 12:30. There were only 2 other tables occupied in the building and one was occupied by the manager (Brandon) who began eating his own food halfway through our wait. We complained to Brandon once we received cold food only for him to conversationally curse, react unprofessionally, refuse to accept responsibility, and throw his staff under the bus. He did, however, state that the food would be free and offered to remake fries for our table. After finishing our meal, he sent our waitress back out to our table with our checks and a ten percent discount despite having made it clear we would not be paying for the meal. I felt so sorry for her. Not only was he repeatedly throwing her under the bus, but you could see she was very uncomfortable because her hands were shaking while passing out our checks. After 10 additional minutes of debating directly with Brandon over the technicalities of his language on whether he had stated we "wouldnt have to pay for the food" or we "shouldnt have to pay for the food" (ridiculous), he said we didnt have to pay for cold food and we walked out. Not only did he sarcastically and disrespectfully interact with us even after this point, but he also came out into the parking lot to have us come back in and pay for our drinks. My whole party was extremely agitated. This experience with Brandon definitely spoiled the evening since the absurdity of the situation stole our attention from what could have been an otherwise pleasant evening.

Here is my complaint. I went in tonight ordered a beer and sat at the bar. ordered some food at around 940. I recieved a work phone call at 10:11. The phone call lasted 14 minutes and 39 seconds. well i was on this phone call i stepped outside so i could hear. I knew i ordered food so i checked back sometime during that phone call. Just to see if my food was there yet. It wasnt however my seat was gone and my beer was moved three seats down. That was no problem at all. So i went back outside to finish my phone call. When i came back at 10:25 my food was still no there. Which was ok because i was on a work phone call. However my seat was gone again however this time there was no seats left. So i had to sit on the corner of the bar. Which i could not see the tv and watch the basketball game which is the whole reason i went to the bar. After that the bartender came over her name was ericka and said to me you havent gotten your food yet ill go check on it. so when she came back she had an order of fries in her hand a small bascket with no plate or anything just that. She told me that for some reason my chicken parm flatbread that i order with the fries was there but it looked old. so she said she had them remake it. So about ten minutes later my flatbread finally came out. I asked her to recommend any dipping sauce. she recommended something that was on it. I have not actually ha that so i agreed. It was absolutly terrible. theres more but i have no room

A friend and I came here from out of town for drinks. We ordered mixed drinks from the bar and Im thinking "can we get some alcohol with our ice?" They REALLY had the nerve to charge people for those poor excuses for alcoholic beverages. I mean why even check our I.D? The strangers on either side of us also complained about the drinks being extremely weak so it wasnt just a figment of my imagination and I DEFINITELY wasnt drunk, no matter how badly I wanted to be. I will never go here for drinks again. If I wanted juice, I would have gone to the convenience store and gotten it for MUCH cheaper. Its a problem when you buy a shot of Patrón just so you can add it to your PATRÓN margarita. We didnt know what time the place closed and they quit serving alcohol about an hour before closing and the bartender didnt say one word about last call. Just let it slide right by and when we ordered more drinks told us "sorry, we quit serving drinks 10 minutes ago". Who does that in real life? Im not normally a complaining individual but this experience was worth mention so you all will know that if its a stiff drink youre after...dont look for it here. Go to Chilis, they are on point! Sincerely, Angrily Sober Against My Will h

I just recently started frequenting this place when i heard of Wing Thursdays. I always order online and the order is never ready when i get there though i order well ahead of time. This particular time i had a timed ordered for 11:10p and when i arrived there was no one on the main cashout area. I stood for about 7 or 8 minutes and many employees walked by without acknowledging i was there. Finally an employee asked did i have a to go order and once i replied he said i would have to be taken care of at bar because this station is closed which was a first because i have had a timed ordered for 11:30p before and paid there but n e who. I went to the bar as he was trying to get things put away so he said i would need to be cashed out at the same register i was just told was closed so he walked me back over. After about two or three minutes he emerged from the back with my food so i paid and left. Le Sigh! The wings are okay though.....

Buffalo Wild Wings in Valdosta is a great place to eat. The wings are amazing. I recommend Honey BBQ wings and/or the Asian Zing. Dip these in Ranch dressing & your tastebuds just scream from the pleasure. It has a really cool, sporty atsmosphere with sometimes drunk sports fans cheering their team on. Their staff is definitely not the best. The waitresses are generally grumpy when I go and act like they hate working. It look about 8-10 minutes to even see the waitress some days and to even refill your drink. They seem lazy and uninterested in serving you. But, if you have some friends and can ignore the less-than-average staff they hire...it is a nice place to hang out and play some games on the big screen tvs and watch some sports. Grab a beer...some wings...and have a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings!

Eat here if you always want to be FAT. My reasons for giving this place two thumbs down: 1) I was asked for my ID upon seating. Im 60 years old. Not 30, but 60. Seems like the management is taking the legal and lazy way out. 2) Ordered a Mediterranean salad. It came with deep fried pita chips. Deep fried? I asked for pita chips that were not fried and was told they dont have any! 3) The salad came with buttermilk FAT dressing. (Who ever heard of a Mediterranean salad being served with buttermilk dressing)? I asked for olive oil. They said they dont have any. Every plate I looked at was filled with fried food, cheese, dips and rich sauces. This place is not serving real food - its more a Marketing machine that doubles as a restaurant. My stomach is rebelling what I just ate. No more BWW for me.....
