I come to this location between 1 and 3 times a week for what is supposed to be a quick convenient lunch during a half hour lunch break. They never have anything stocked. Iv been turned away because they ran out of turkey! No exaderation, 8 out of 10 times, they wont have featured menue items or they plain screw up your order. The service and workers are disappointing and rude. They clearly dont give an f about their jobs or customer service. This branch is an embarrassment to the Tim Horton franchise.

Did Tim Hortons change their recipe for Hot Chocolate or does this location just suck? I ordered a small hot chocolate because of the $1 special going on right now and I hadnt bought one in several months. I expected a deliciously creamy hot beverage, but what I received was a runny, watery, under mixed mess. I dont know if they normally use a machine for hot chocolate like you would get at a gas station or if they mix by hand, but this was disgusting. I took 1 sip and threw it out.

Very unprofessional and the manager Victoria is very rude and unprofessional. I was discriminated against in this Tim Hortons by Victoria. I was told after spending my money in this place that if i come back she would call the police. Im in the process of suing them because of this experience. Never will i step foot back in this place

Ive been here 3 times and each time my sandwich was either minimal or incorrect, my DOUBLE TOASTED bagel was barely toasted and I end up waiting for over 10 minutes. Its an easy stop on my way from one of my jobs to the other while I have limited time, and its just disappointing.

Every Sunday morning I pick up several dozen donuts & muffins for our church service and the employees at this location are always professional, pleasant and prompt! At 6:30am all of those things are important! I highly recommend this Tim Hortons in particular!

Cold, hard hashbrown (had to ask for it after ordering the combo) & wrong coffee this morning at the drive thru. Ordered black coffee & it ended up being the color of milk from all the cream that was in it. Bagel sandwich is just ok. Wont be going back.

Staff competence depends on the managers presence. Inconsistent: either great service or marginal. Some staff even inconsiderate or dismissive of customer needs.
