I ordered via mobile app because I knew there would a huge line. 30 minutes after ordering I hadnt received my order. I asked for my order to the lady and she said okay. Another 5 minutes and I asked if I was going to receive my order and the lady just shook her head to which I asked if i should just get a refund... she said okay get a refund. I was made to wait another few minutes in which time they couldve made my order and after about 35 minutes wasted I left with the nasty woman at the counter who wouldnt even apologize. Disappointed and I guess dont go here in any sort of rush times because they will not make your drinks

Tinkerbell Starbucks I would have given this particular location a much better rating if they had a larger space for patrons to enjoy the whole experience of drinking their designer coffee and lattés. Starbucks is more than just a place to get coffee and snacks. This is where people emerse themselves in the culture of Starbucks. Hence, the wi-fi, seating, and sometimes fireplaces (depending on location). The environment should reflect a nice enough atmosphere that doesnt feel cramped or crowded

After waiting over 10 minutes for my coffee, the barister had only made one coffee in that 10 minutes. The rest of the time he was fooling around behind the counter and talking. A long line was forming behind me and no one seemed to care. I had to leave without my coffee that I had paid for. This was my third time at this location and my last. They are always slow!!!!

They only get the one star because of the brand name, other than that Ive completely wasted my time coming here today. Too lazy or not willing to accommodate my request for a Verona pour over, instead tried pushing off other products that I dont like. Starbucks has changed drastically and Im not pleased. I dont like the idea of limiting my options.

Mobie order service is slow here during peak times. It took 16 minutes for my drink after I placed the order and it didnt taste the same when compared to other locations. Staff was moving much slower than the morning crews at other locations as well. The perfect morning crew is at Maple and Lasher.

Staff is rude, twice now theyve given me my mobile order without telling me something I ordered was out of stock and thus not included. This is the closest Starbucks to my office but Id rather drive a few minutes extra to a location where the staff is friendly and they have items in stock.

I stop by this Starbucks on a regular basis. I staff is usually at their best, but at times it can be a bit slow. I have noticed that since the introduction of ordering through your app ahead of time, orders take longer... The 4 star is also because of the parking.

Service sometimes in the evening is slow even though theres hardly anyone in the cafe. This is because they only have like one person working on taking the orders and preparing them.

Place is really small, it does have cozy feeling but because of small space not enough privacy. Staff is very friendly though. Good place for quick coffee stop.
