First let me say that I enjoy the products thats offered. But, Ive found that not all Tim Hortons are created EQUAL! When I lived on the east side of Detroit I went to Tim Hortons on Gratiot and French Rd. Had a wonderful relationship with the morning crew my coffee was always hot and fresh. Then I moved to the west side of Detroit I lived around the corner from a Tim Hortons, W. 8 mile near Lasher. Just when my relationship with them was solidifying... They Closed. Ok now I regroup and start going to the Tim Hortons on 7 Mile Rd and Evergreen and after almost three months of trying I fix tea every morning to take to work with me in the morning. Coffee just isnt as fresh or as hot as I was use to the service was TERRIBLE, I always get a Med. Dark Roast with 5 sugars. Sometimes I got it sometimes I got something else. 3 sugars, 4 sugars, no sugars or the wrong order period. I still enjoy your products but... Sorry I guess I will be drinking Tea.

This location is pathetic. I got a hot chocolate and it seemed as if someone put coffee in the cup 1st then poured it out then put hot chocolate in it which made my hot chocolate taste awful. I dont care for coffee. And unfortunately I didnt find this out until I was all the way home. Also I asked for cream cheese in my bagel and I might as well just have asked for the bagel it self because thats how light handed they were with it. I wish I could add the photo I took of it. Will not return not even for the free replacement. Very disappointed.

I love this one. Even with 10 cars ahead of you for drive thru you still get through it in less then 10 mins. They did mess up my order but corrected it promptly with a sense of urgency. Timbits were fresh, coffee tasted good and the bagels were awesome. I am used to the one on evergreen by Southfield town center and that one is terrible. They are ridiculously slow, rude, food is bad quality and stale. This one so far is the best one I have been to in the entire Metro Detroit area. The only better ones are across the border.

Kinda like the other reviews said, these guys are just slow. It took me like 5 minutes of waiting, and only two others were ahead of me. Im not gonna be too harsh, but when its the morning commute, they gotta get their asses working instead of taking forever for one thing.

I really love coming here most of the time. Theyre pleasant, the food is good and my order is usually right all of the time. The only drawback is they often either dont have any croissants or theyve run out early in the day.
