Lived in Belleville for the past 14 years. My family and I normal get take out here however the past two times I was totally shocked by the lack of customer service that I was given. When I called I placed an order for shrimp fried rice because of dietary concerns I cannot eat chicken. Instead when I got my food I was given chicken fried rice. I called and complained and asked for what I order instead of just giving it to me I was met with a lady who told me that I ordered chicken fried rice. I let the lady know that I cannot eat the rice with chicken in it and she told me "nothing I can do" & "next time we will fix it". After being on hold for another ten minutes I decide to drive up to the restuant which is only 2 miles away (delivery was over an hour long). I asked for a refund or an exchange. The lady at the counter looked at the food and said that the food had been played in and that she would take $2 off of my refund. After complaining about about how disrepectful she was and how I only looked at the food once I noticed the chicken in it she finally gave me my full refund. Once I was given my refund I was rushed out and told to go away and never come back that I was bad for business. I will never eat from this place again. Ive worked in customer service for years and if I was to treat someone like the way she treated me I would be fired.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CHINESE RESTAURANT EVER! Okay so I purchased some Shrimp Fried Rice and Lo Mein noodles. He said 30 minutes and I said okay. (I had this delivered to me). So I waited and he gave me my rice, little did I know that the rice was over cooked and the noodles were cold. I called back asking could they make me some more and to tell him the rice was not cooked right. He then proceeds to tell me that I am the ONLY PERSON EVER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE RICE *hence the complaints below mines* After arguing and calling 6Xs!!! about the rice he tells me no refund for the rice unless I drive up there and get it. If I asked for you to deliver it, why would you make me come up there and get a refund. A hour later he then proceeded to tell me that I will not get a refund back if I ate the rice. As I stated before I did not eat the rice, except for when I ate a piece to taste it. He then has his driver come back to give me my refund (which was suppose to be $7.15 w/ tax), but it was only $7.00. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money. Oh and by the way, this place was only 5 minutes away from me. Why did it take them 2 hours to get to me?

I ordered $21 worth of food tonight at 8pm for delivery, they told me 35 minutes. At 9pm I call them and they say sorry and they will be there soon (I only live 10 minutes away). At 9:20, I leave and go grab some Taco Bell. China City calls me at 9:30 saying their guy cannot find the place, I tell them to forget it. I bring back the Taco Bell and I am finished eating when my apartment buzzer starts going crazy at 9:55pm. I come out and yell at the guy to knock it off and its the freaking delivery guy. I tell him he can leave the food for free or he can leave. He offers me my $21 order for $14, I tell him to leave. Ridiculous! We have been there a few times before, and I think they have pretty decent food, but their delivery is a joke.

Omg my whole family tottaly loved this place! We orerd the dinner for 3 and WOW i actually called and thanked them...lol! Finaly some great fresh food, flavored beautifully, served with a friendly attitude and welcoming smile! The prices is awesome! And i found out they deliver! Yes i would recommend this place to everyone!! :) My new favorite place, we will be loyal customers from now on! Thank you to the owner & workers for doing it right! :)

I only get the hot and sour soup, and the fried pot.stickers...also all of the Lo meins. Other than that the food isnt all that good...its pretty hit and miss. But the three thing I order are always AMAZING! I once had the general Taos chicken...it was so good that I had to have it again the next day....however the next day it was disgusting! I learned my lesson, and just stick to the things I know will always be good. Hasnt failed me yet.

I used to love this place and highly recommended it to other people. After the change of ownership, i wish I could say the same. I ordered food today and got charged $7 for delivery fee and I literally live one exit away! I could have bought another meal for $7. Plus, the sauce spilt all over the bag and it was a huge mess. For a $7 delivery fee, I would have expected my food to arrive a little more decent. NEVER AGAIN.

If youre hankering for Chinese food, go somewhere else. The General Tsos chicken was as spicy as flatulence is attractive, the egg rolls and crab rangoon we ordered were under cooked, and the fried rice was over cooked and dry. There is a WAY better place to get Chinese food around the corner off the I-94 service drive. We accidentally ordered from here instead of there... will not make the same mistake twice...

I ordered delivery. After 62 min. I called again to ask about my order another 20 min. Before they came. They never offered a discount or anything. No apologies. In fact when I asked if they were busy the guy never answered me. (Google says they are 3.2 miles away). The food was flavorless and cold. Ill never order China City again and will discourage friends from wasting their time and money there

We ordered three meals for delivery they send us two meals we call and ask them about it and they hang up on us then we had to drive there to try and get our third meal and they argue with us and then proceed to accuse us of stealing a coke will never return and recommend no one goes here....also the food was not worth any of the hassel

I ordered take out for delivery, it did take shorter then expected to get it. I had to drive back myself because they messed my order up. The soup was terrible, and so was the crab rangoon. My girlfriend ended up getting food poisoning from the chicken so all in all the experience was terrible. I will never be going there again.

This is our normal place to eat. It has really good food and fast delivery but the last two times Ive eaten here, I ordered the chicken and broccoli and bit into some hard and broke my tooth. The second I HAD A STAPLE IN MY FOOD! I BIT DOWN ON IT! So I will not be eating from here no longer.

Extremely rude to customers and when we got our food it was completely wrong the the owner got on the phone and argued with me . Told me I was wrong and if they had to fix it and bring me the right ordered she would charge me. Seriously????? No customer service anymore.
