I love Coldstones ice cream like nobody elses. My issue is the kids that work there. I worked there too as a 16 year old but age is no excuse to be rude. I came in close to closing time and I stood there ready to order right away. I was just waiting for the girl with the box braids and beads to help me and she asked me "do you know what you want because we close in like 5 minutes." I was waiting for her so I dont know why she asked me that but its very rude to include the obvious that you are about to close. I shrugged it off but you all should be trained to be polite and not rush a customer no matter how you feel or what the time is. Also they need to be neater with their ice cream cups dont hand me a messy sticky cup. Also if you dont scoop enough ice cream then add to it after. The ice cream isnt cheap and shouldnt come under the rim of the bowl. The 3 stars is for ice cream not the kiddos who work there.

I love cold stone! I felt like all the employees here were maybe new? Ready to leave for the night at 800 on Saturday maybe? I walked in and there were FOUR employees behind the counter. They all looked at me and then proceeded to pretend to be busy. Like they were all waiting for the others to step in. I awkwardly stood there for about 5 minutes before someone caved. As he was putting my ice cream in the cup, another employee scraped a good amount of it into the waste. I paid for a medium and got a small instead!

The ice cream was good, but the staff was distant and not very good at their jobs. You go to Coldstone to get ice-cream with candy bits in it, but what you get is ice cream with giant halves of candy bars shoved in it? The candy bar was not edible because the ice cream froze it and it was too large to bite through. The staff did not seem to care about what they were doing and had way too many people behind the counter just staring at us while the other two rang another customer up. Most likely will not be back.

Things have gone downhill drastically. This use to be a great place to get ice cream, however, for the last year or so they have struggled. I believe it is under new ownership and the new poorly trained staff make this a must miss. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or make your ice cream sundae at home. If you visit this Cold Stone you will be disappointed.

Brought my wife here for Valentines Day had some good ice cream I had cheese cake and mocha with gram cracker pie crust,she had the cheese cake and strawberry with gram cracker pie crust both turned out great , I always bring her here on special occasions, plan on bring her for her birthday, anyway the service was excellent,she was fast and good at her job

One girl was unwrapping peanut butter resees cups without gloves and she caught me staring at her and she did nothing she just kept going a few minutes later she comes Back with plastic gloves on and gave me a weird look. Also another girl kept touching her face while she was serving.

Decent ice cream but absolutely terrific ice cream cakes, with lots of options. Theyve added the very convenient "build your cake" online feature, but have removed the cookie dough option from the ice cream add-in & cake topping menus.

this place is super dirty , 3 employees 2 customers and they are on there smartphones texting, this is my last time coming here , and on a side note there valentines signage is still up and its march first. what a joke .

They used to use Marshmallow fluff stuff to mix in with the ice cream. This time they gave me mini marshmallows mixed in, which got all hard and chewy. The cone was also kinda stale. Not bad but not great.
