Took my Wife for a nice Harley ride after Church and went to Ritters Frozen Custard for ice cream. We parked in a space by the drive-thru that looked like a perfectly good parking space. A very rude male employee yelled to me on the patio, in front of several patrons, that he would tow my bike if I didnt move it. Our hands were dripping from our waffle cones which were greatly melting on this hot day. When I went to the bike, I asked this guy to show me where it says no parking. He couldnt! I have been on the Board of Directors of the Michigan BBB for almost 20 years. I own an Investment company with over 2,500 clients. We ride with several other Harley riders. I will make sure to tell all I know that Id greatly recommend Dairy Queen over Ritters!!! Last time well ever go there!!

Nice place, but the staff needs more costumer service training. Very rude young lady took our order, didnt give me my receipt and she knew I was very disappointed cuz she disappear immediately after she took the order and I asked her name. I asked for the manager in charge but never came to talk to me. Not a good place to let your kids order their own ice cream if you dont want them to be treated with such rudeness. Im not recommending this shop in Brighton Mi.

I can see why Cold Stone moved out of town. Many places can have so so ice cream, but this place does it right. Super rich and flavorful, and they have flavors of the day to make it fun and mix it up. Consider this place first if youre in the area and looking for an ice cream fix.

This is the best Ive cream place I know. They have a ton of options, and are very consistent with their ice cream. And the workers are always really nice and helpful, but everyone has their bad days.
