I called to order a cake today and I was on the phone "waiting" for the girl to write down my cake info that I need for my moms birthday tomorrow for a pretty long time. She had to keep saying hold on and go figure out the answer to my questions. I Finally gave her all the info to find I have to give her my credit card info over the phone. Ummmm, no. With everyones info being stolen, I cant believe you would make me pay for a cake when Ill be there tomorrow. I wasnt asking for anything crazy. Just ridiculous.

Maddening experiences. Double scoop was the size of a single~weve noticed when the container is low, you get less. Today I got zero peanut butter in my double scoop chocolate peanut butter. Only 22 flavors, not the fabled 31. Send you to the donut side to pay but leave your ice cream back where you order. When the hot fudge is low, you get a splurting pump of it. We keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but tonight was my last visit. This location gives the name a bad rap.
