Disappointing!! We were so excited to see a BR off the highway. However, our excitement was short-lived. The staff was far from friendly. It felt like we were intruding on their time. The chocolate peanut butter shake was so watery. We asked them to fix it and it came back just as watery. The donuts were ... Ok. A bit dry, like they have been sitting out for a while. Basically, skip it!

What a horrible place! No wonder Baskin Robbins are disappearing, if they are run like this one they will be out of business in no time. Tried to use a coupon and they wouldnt let me. Told me they couldnt "scan" it. Dont waste your time going here!

The guy who I called was extremely rude and told me terrible insults because of my accent. He acted like I called Taco Bell and didnt let me order a cake. Awful service.
