Food is great, but let me tell you about bad management. At the cash register the lady was so kind when I was ordering I remember her tag name Nancy, she let us know she was knew so to be patient with her and this was my first time at Panera Bread so I understood, I let her take her time. Of course you wont learn everything off the bat right away it takes time. I had ordered side of bread and she wasnt sure how to put it in the order so she asked the manager for help kindly and the manager looked so crabby and annoyed to help her out. He helped out in the grumpiest way ever. It was really noticeable if the customer can see it. She looked like she was even scared to ask for anymore help. You shouldnt leave someone knew alone you should be guiding them or leading them. Next to them thats how they learn. Thats how its suppose to be you lead you and your team to a successful rate. Honestly felt bad for her but I give her props for take it up as a challenge to learn more and as for the manager or whatever he was. Panera you need better management.

I know that noon is a busy time for lunch but that doesnt mean that the food should be compromised. I ordered ahead and usually when I do this at other places my order ends on the shelves for Rapid Pick-Up. I ended up waiting extra time (allowing my soup to get cold) because they just set it on the pick-up counter. When I went to go eat the soup was find but cold, the bread was hard, and my salad wasnt really a salad. There were only like 10 small leaves of lettuce with 4 small croutons. Usually when I get the Ceasar Salad it is full to the top. Very disappointing experience and I wont be back. They got 2 stars from me because parking was good and the restaurant seemed clean...

This was first time at this Panera. I love Panera Bread, however, this particular one did not meet my expectations. The salads in other Paneras have mixture of greens and a decent amount of fresh vegetables. Here it was mainly iceberg and a few Romain pieces; which made the salad taste way different and not as good. The cucumbers were not fresh, and tasted sour. The tomatoes did not seem fresh either, and seemed to be sitting for a while. The flatbread sandwich looked quite sloppy the way it was put together. Staff was nice, place was clean. I love Panera, but this one broke my heart as I was really looking forward to my u pick 2 meal.

The management makes things right to sum it up. The place was a bit dirty and staff was unfriendly during the ordering process, however the manager gave me a personal call after I filled out a survey online. He went out of his way to make things right with the customer. I couldnt be happier! No one is perfect but trying to make things better is what this world is all about. Thanks Panera Bread for caring about your customers after all.

Whats not to love about Panera. Good food, decent prices, etc. This particular location, however, is GREAT. This is a very BIG panera with lots and lots of tables, fast, free WiFi, lots of windows to keep it bright and inviting. Theres also a patio with very comfy patio chairs. Havent seen that before at another Panera. My only beef is how COLD it is in here. Its 90+ degrees outside, so the AC is cranked up to Max!!! Burrr!!!

This Panera is absolutely ridiculous. Today was the final day Ive accepted the wrong order and wont be returning. My husband and I have visited this location as it is close to where we live and they give us the wrong order every time. Now I have to go back in my slippers and pajamas because yet again they gave me a wrong order. Too expensive for the service. Will not be returning.

I know to pull over and check the bag before I leave because the newer people working the drive thru have a habit forgetting things. Tonight I ordered a turkey avacado BLT. I was so happy to see that all my items were actually included this time! I guess I should have gone a step further and checked INSIDE the sandwiches. No turkey on my TURKEY BLT. Go figure.

Dont get delivery. I ordered delivery from this Panera only because I had a reward that made it free. I called after it didnt show up after an hour and a half, and was treated to hearing the driver argue with the manager about how he thought someone else took it. Super unprofessional, and Im still not getting my lunch until a full two hours after I ordered it.

I go here a couple times a week. Theyre usually pretty good. Always friendly service. Sometimes they mess something up in my order but they are always happy to fix the problem and do whatever they can to make you happy. Thats why I continue coming back. I appreciate them being friendly every time and fixing anything that may have gotten messed up.

Really busy during lunch. I waited twenty minutes while people behind me got there order first. I ordered mac and cheese with a cup of baked potato soup. The food made up for the wait. However if you get that combo go with a small mac and cheese because its really dense and heavy. Both were very delicious.

Super long wait and overpriced lunch... if I pay OVER 5 bucks for a bowl of soup, why would that bowl take 10 minutes to.prepare, and further more why would it not be about 8 ounces? For that price it should be over 10 ounce portion plus toppings, not to mentiom old stale ass bread. Thanks for nothing.

Good food, fast service. Quiet place for a chill date night or study afternoon. Only complaint is the slow wifi - I was trying to upload a video for class and eventually had to try somewhere else. It was 9:00 at night and not very busy, so the wifi shouldnt have been that slow.

I couldnt find the chicken on the chipotle chicken avocado Sandwich I ordered on the Drive thru because I had not time so I couldnt check my order. The drive thru has slow service so I expected more quality for a longer wait (compared to the real fast food chains)

Worst customer service. I waited 15 minutes for a lid for my iced coffee and nobody made any move to go get me one after I asked 3 people. I had to look under the drink area to find my own. The cashier was extremely rude and I will not be returning

They have the RUDEST employees, messed my order up then roll their eyes & say "really?!" When I tell them theyre wrong lol. Get new staff & Ill be back. Otherwise I wont return. Orders wrong literally the last 3x ina row.. come on..

This is the most unprofessional Panera I have ever been to before. They have difficulty taking orders and are very rude. JANE AND JASON are very kind but the little girls that work in the back should all be fired!!!

Good place with good staff. Staff, please pay little more attention to the way food is presented on the plate. supervisor is great, she always resolve any issues on the order to meet customer satisfaction.
